“Although the breakdown recovery was pretty straightforward, and the chap who recovered my car was friendly and helpful. The actual organising the recovery was not a simple process, took over 40 minutes because internet kept cutting out and trying to phone and speak to someone was not easy. Although when I did finally speak to someone they were helpful and friendly”

“The call was handled very quickly,effectively and staff really polite. We were told 45mins to an hour, but it was a lot less, and Chris, the recovery driver was a really nice guy. The whole experience was 100% positive and one of the best call out recovery services I have dealt with in 30+ years of driving. A big thank you to all the staff”

“I was very happy with the way the person was over the phone and how quickly the help arrived and also how quickly the it was told what the problem was. I was not Happy when I was told i had to pay £90 for them to take the car to the garage as I have gold cover with yous. But everything else was good”

“Excellent communication, kept me up to date with arrival time. Full marks to Trevor who arrived and put my mind at ease finding the problem quickly ang getting me back on the road again. Trevor was friendly and pleasant, explaining the problem to me. Excellent service from my telephone call re: breakdown to engineer arriving. Well ✔️ 👍”

“Online breakdown report was really good and easy to use . However the wait time was ridiculous . reported around 10:30am and was told 1:24pm estimate recovery and someone would be in touch . 2;10 I eventually got a call from a lovely chap who said I’ll be there in 45 mins and get you home . Arrived exactly on the time he said he would. Loaded me up and drove me all the way back to leicester . Our recovery guy was fantastic , just the waiting times was not. Total of 4.5 hour wait .”
