“Helpful phone call asking all details but also if I would like an friends of family called Truck arrived on time, I’d already found out garages to make things simple and the driver was very grateful for the help offered and was lovely to talk to”

“Had to wait 2.5 hrs for the rescue but guy was helpful and efficient. The form sent by text message is a bit annoying and it would help if that form is completed by the same person taking the call and arranging the rescue truck. That would be a great achievement.”

“Unfortunately I had to wait 5 hours for recovery. In the end, the truck driver was cheerful and helpful. The situation was handled well. Just a shame we had to wait so long.”
