“I called after being stranded at my son’s school due to a flat tyre. The call centre staff were lovely and helpful. The gentleman that arrived was very friendly and helpful and had me started in 5 mins”

“App on phone very difficult to use. 3 stage process stage 1&2 fine but no ‘continue’ button on stage 3. Had to phone 3 times before someone st call centre logged the call with a garage. After that, service 5*, told call out is averaging 60 to 90 mins but within 30 seconds phone call from garage and 5 minutes later they had arrived. 5 minutes after that in the road again with advice on shat was likely root cause. Brilliant, Sort the app out and definitely a 5*.”

“Please make sure you read the small print on the basic recovery . I stayed with my usual breakdown after reading one call policy details, which in my opinion is not fit for purpose. You will be charged £20 call out charge plus £3 for every mile (after first ten miles). So do the maths, it's ok if you stay local, but if you have to be recovered and you live 200 miles away it's £600.”

“It started well but ended up i was directed to wrong breakdown service had to phone one call again and go through it all again , almost 3 hours from first calling . But last girl wavered callout charge as i had been mucked about . Just glad it wasn't rainjng”
