Excellent service from the guy that came out to me, very helpful and explained exactly what had happened, a credit to your company. But the call service, gives you a link to go on, and when i went on it it didn't work, had to ring back which took more time, forget doing the link and book people in as an when they ring, if you do that your service would be excellent, but the link you give is rubbish.

I was on my own with puncture at hospital dropping off supplies for mum. Breakdown tire people came in about 20 minutes put spare on. Didn't realise my breakdown cover didn't include tryes paid upfront for insurance. The call handler helped keep me calm and tyre man was very helpful.

The recovery company arrived within the time predicted, the engineer was polite, friendly and reassuring. He undertook temporary repairs which allowed me to drive the car. I was less happy with being directed to a website by the call centre to log the repair as my phone battery was dying and I had to phone again to ask them to log the repair rather than use the website.

Phoned me back straight away and picked up within 50 mins of breaking down I could not have had better service wonderful thank you all and the pick chap was brilliant .😊

The man who came to my rescue was excellent resolved the problem but gave me sound advice which I took on board and he put my safety first and he arrived with in less than 25 minuets having been told by the call centre 60-90 minuets so was very pleased and he communicated with me via text so I knew how long he would be ,such a lovely man Thank you

The driver who came out to assist was really excellent. He not only managed to get my van started, he also provided a work around for the problem and explained everything he was doing. He was a very friendly guy and I think a credit to green flag.

Brilliant service. It was minutes waiting for them to pick up which was good as I didn’t have much battery left on the phone. The lady was helpful and very professional. I had to pay a small charge as I only had the basic cover but my could would not go through so I was able to do it later. The breakdown was local so only ten mins away. He was professional and within ten mins he had my car on the back of the wagon and I was home within twenty minutes. With One Call using local breakdown I did not have to wait. Something I’m not sure would have happened if I had been with one of the two big breakdown services. Thanks One Call. Your car insurance is great and your breakdown brilliant👍🏻

Their response was quick, courteous, reassuring and helpful. They acted quickly to get a breakdown vehicle to me and the breakdown service themselves phoned within literally a minute or two to find out my exact location. The time estimated from the initial call was 60-90 minutes but they said it would be more accurate on text. The text was for less than an hour but they actually arrived within 20 minutes. The breakdown service was great too, even though he had to find another tool to fit my wheel. It was really quick and he advised me that as my flat tyre had a nail in it he said I could get it repaired rather than have to pay for a new one. So I was really pleased with the service from beginning to end. I'd also just finished my shopping after a very long and extremely busy night shift so I was extremely grateful that it turned out to be so much less of a drama and delay than I ever could have expected.

Car breakdown going to work at 5PM on a monday evening. I thought it was going to be a nightmare as I've never had to use breakdown service before. Scared incase they wanted info like insurance policy number etc. However, the lady on the other end of the phone couldn't be anymore helpful. 2 or 3 questions and that was it she informed me that someone will contact me within 90mins. As a result, whilst I was calling work, and partner about breakdown. The man arrived to take me home. He was very friendly, approachable, considerate, understanding, reassuring and knowledgeable re issue with car. Whilst getting towed home, he called me on bluetooth to ask if I was ok and if I had any questions. I was towed for about 25miles mostly on motorway for which at the beginning I wasnt looking forward to it. However, I quickly got confident as he took his time and it all went like clock work. Lastly, I can only say, thankyou for delivering an excellent service to me. Much appreciated.

This service is great . I contacted ONECALL breakdown service as my car broke down @ work , the rest of the call was done online to book a recovery vehicle it was very easy & the guy was with me in less than one hour . Really great service thankyou .

Been with one for thee years and gold breakdown cover, they or fine if u don't need them Spoke to Oliver who told me they did not one out for a flat there if I had recovery i would have to pay when I asked him what was I paying For breakdown for he told me to ring my insurance

Rang One Call at around 2pm and received Good service from the telephone agent, who said someone would be with me by 15.40pm. Mechanic arrived 20 mins before time given, after 10mins he said nothing he can do to help and rang through explaining to me that I would need recovery assistance and One Call would be back in touch with me. After approx 30 mins One Call rang back and only after confirming payment would they ring for recovery. Received a text from them saying Recovery would be with me by 17.42 pm, by 18.00 pm nobody had arrived and was just about to ring One Call when I got a text from the recovery guy saying he would be with me in approx 45-60 mins. Recovery vehicle finally arrived at 18.50, 2 1/2 hours after initial phone call. I am not complaining about the service from the One Call telephone agent but having to wait approx 5 hours from time of call to vehicle being recovered seems to be an awful long time to wait especially as the mechanic and recovery came from the same company who were stationed just 20 mins down the road.

Very happy with the service from One Call today from phone call with Holly to engineer Sam. Flat battery (car not used enough during lockdown) sorted and replaced promptly and efficiently.

Fantastic Service, within 15 minutes af making a call the repair agent was at my home, 15 minutes after that the car was back on the road. Superb customer service. Cant praise them enough.
