“The call handler for onecall breakdown service needs more training in customer service and how he speaks to people. It’s my second bad experience with onecall breakdown service I pay extra with my car insurance for what they call the gold package believe me it’s far from gold service you get 😡 I’ve now cancelled this service and gone elsewhere!”

“I can't believe the fantastic customer service I have received today. From the agent taking the call to the breakdown engineer. Luckily I am at home but recovery has been arranged for in the morning when the garage is open. This ensures my car stays in a secure location until it can be taken to my registered garage. Thanks Joe”

“The call was dealt with within 1 hour and the technician was able to replace the battery for which I paid £65 but no call out charge I am satisfied with the service”
