Awful. Had no Internet signal and kept getting told to go to the portal rather than call. Took 5 hours to get the vehicle out and in general were far more concerned with collecting their fee than getting us home. I was with my 2 year old and pregnant partner, they sent the wrong towing vehicle that wouldnt fit us all in so we'd have to get a cab home.

Appalling… had to pay £20 upfront just to have someone come out, test the battery and say the battery if fine but car would still not start. Asked to be towed home but the recovery would only allow us to. E taken locally - we were 30 miles away. So was left stranded! Absolutely pointless having this breakdown service added to my policy. Very dissatisfied. Please refund the £20 paid for nothing.

Broke down at petrol station 11:00 am sent one call a message through my portal and received reply saying be with you at 15:08. Throwing it with rain sat and waited, nothing. At around 5pm received a call to say they won’t be coming until tomorrow. Ok, left the van until next day. Chap was great on the phone however, received two messages to say they would pick up van at 11:am then 10:15 am. Recovery called and didn’t have any idea where the van was, after I’d told 4 different people where it was? Recovery were great, no problem however a 36 hr wait from One Call is very poor and I will not be renewing. All staff were very polite but the company needs to buck up their organisations if they are going to offer breakdowns.Had no idea and was never asked if I had any children or vulnerable people with me, so where was I supposed to go? Very very bad all round.

The absolute bare minimum, and not even that. The breakdown man was miserable and completely unhelpful. I have hound better, cheaper insurance and far better breakdown cover.

The service is very poor. 3 days and 3 different trucks to tow a car with a blown fuse box . Left 20 miles from home to be told to find an alternative way home at 11.30 pm. Then told I had to make my own way back in on the 3rd day for the car to be recovered. Explained I had no car to get there to be told to get the train.

No person to talk to when a break down is a stress full time all done via message. took 2 hours from 1st call to arrival of recovery vehicle 9-11pm on a very dark smart motorway. Was then billed £189 for recovery, which never happened (Iwas re-imbursed after phoning Onecall). Have decided to pay the extra and go to a dedicated breakdown company not a broker. The breakdown company Burke Brothers were however very helpful.

Initial response was ok wasn’t expecting to be logging into a questionnaire and be handed over from that to a vague text message with an eta of just under an hour to wait, which came and went with no updates after a further 15 mins wait I called again to be told the breakdown guy was going to be a further 22 mins away - which turned out to be a a further 56 mins so all told a wait in the cold of 2 hours and 13 mins so no not impressed with your system procedures or customer service- -will I be renewing next year hell no

My car wouldnt start and so i called the number on my one call card that says its for breakdown. And expected that to get me rescue service. However after waiting for a customer rep all you get them taking the info and so didnt seem relevent a text sending you a link to your portal where you fill in a form about the problem. As the link is labeled as a 'claim' so didnt seem to be about my breakdown plus i'd never heard of such a thing and i couldnt really hear what was said i just waited an hour thinking i was getting help. no help called back. And got the same explaination in greater detail . problem is i dont have a phone with internet-not everyone has smart phone- and so cant follow any links and on limited battery .As i didnt 'go to my portal' so breakdown wasnt coming .this rep did it for me but still at 72 years old and disabled I spent over 3 and a half hours in the cold in the dark in a car with no power so could not even close the windows before i got help. Why not just arrange a rescue not post links or just give the phone number of the service

Their customer services are useless. Been waiting 8 weeks since my car was written off to be contacted about payment

Joke. Really unhelpful, it felt really unsafe on the motorway, unwilling to find a garage, I had to use Google and then phone local garages whilst on the hard shoulder to diagnose the problem. Way worse than AA, RAC and Green Flag. Won't be renewing.

App wouldnt work and couldnt find number to call (whilst broken down on A11). Gave up after 30 mins or going round in circles) called AA (someone to actually speak to!) and whilst I am now home I am £150 out of pocket. Cheap but waste of money. Customer lost.
