“Very grateful for the recovery by BRITALIA done at Hinchley Wood on 27th August 2022 . Didnt get chap’s name but he was courteous, helpful and professional. He arrived quickly , only 45 minutes after I reported the breakdown. One call operator was also effecient and as mentioned theres the useful app where you can see the travel progress of the recovery vehicle coming to get you .”

“The truck and driver arrived very near the time I had been told, the driver came over and spoke to me asking what had happened, he then loaded my car on without any bother, he then asked me to go into the cab, he was very friendly and put me at ease, I then had a good safe journey home, the driver was first class”

“Very efficient service although having to go to the website to give a report when my phone was low on charge, I found frustrating. However, I was impressed with the speed of the help I received and Kieran who rescued me was very pleasant, friendly and professional.”

“The call handler was very efficient, polite and informative. She went the extra mile by calling me back to give me an update in my second recovery vehicle (first one could only do 60 mile radius). It was useful to receive a text giving an appropriate arrival time of the recovery, and extremely useful to be sent a link to track them so you knew they weren’t far away. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, thank you.”

“The one call system involved one call but then I had to go to the website and enter all the info I had already told the operator again. This was a bit annoying. But, the man from Hinton rescue who came was brilliant. Polite, helpful, cheerful, quick, thorough. Thanks ++ to Hinton rescue for getting me home”

“The call operator was very helpful and efficient telling me everything I needed to know. The Recovery driver from DJ Recovery of Ipswich arrived earlier than expected which was great and he was very helpful and pleasant. I was very impressed and pleased with One Call insurance breakdown cover.”

“Being a Sunday, we were worried we would be waiting a while, but the time between making the first call to the mechanic arriving was about 45 minute! Very quick and reassuring service! Customer service to one call was clear and precise as was the mechanic's help and advice.”

“When.my van broke down I was given an eta of 3.40 pm,two hours after I reported the breakdown.A recovery vehicle actually turned up at 5.10 p.m, three and a half hours after I reported it. No-one kept me informed, I was the.one doing all the phoning. The recovery driver was actually very helpful, helping me get the van onto my drive but the communication from the control centre was appalling.”
