“The breakdown number was easy to see on the website. My call was answered quickly. I also used the portal because my call was cut off because reception wasn’t good. The breakdown truck arrived so quickly I was really impressed.”

“Our car had gearbox failure on the M6 smart motorway managed to get to a safety zone. Phoned through and couldn’t get the portal working poor internet signal, lady was very helpful logged the call said it would be 1-1.5 hours as they were busy, then I got an sms to say it would be 3.5 hours!! then we got a call from the company Onecall had hired to recover us saying it would be 4.5 hour finally 6.5 hours later we where rescued from the safety zone after having to pay £130 for the extra mileage we need to get home. One of the worst driving experiences of my life left in a freezing car 7c for 6.5 hours on one of the busiest motorways in the country Well done ONECALL Shameful Service, lady who also broke down phoned her insurance and was recovered in 45 minutes.”

“My phone call was answered very quick which i did not expect, The person on the other end of the phone was very polite and helpful and from ending the phone call to the actual arrival of the breakdown van arriving was 5-6 minutes very prompt arrival, The man attending to my car was very polite and got my vehicle sorted in no time, I am very happy with the service i received from start to finnish.”

“My first time calling on this service & was surprised that I had to log on to my account rather than just use phone to report my breakdown. Easy enough process & was kept updated by text & phone call of eta. When the breakdown chap arrived he had been instructed to just load my car & take it to my home address. I had thought I would get roadside assistance first. I explained my problem & asked him to try starting the car & it did start. He then kindly followed me home to make sure no further issues. So I was happy with the service , but just glad I asked him to try the car before loading on his lorry.”
