“Superb service thank you and your driver was very attentive and caring. We were all cold, wet and tired and so relieved to see a friendly, happy driver pitch up . He took good care of us all and our car thank you again.”

“Really hard to understand the person on the phone. Ian who picked me up took it upon himself to shorten my name and call me baby! Very inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable.”

“Directed to portal but portal couldn't process my breakdown request. Man on the phone was very helpful although a little difficult to understand. He said he would get his manager to resolve the portal issue which was helpful.”

“Billie from AA picked me up from my home and drove me back to where I had left my car - then he diagnosed and recharged the battery very quickly and sent me on my way. He was a very kind a nice person - very knowledgeable too. Thank you.”

“Prompt answer to our call for help, and breakdown service arrived in less time than estimated. Very helpful rescue man who diagnosed problem in a few minutes, fitted a temporary battery to get car going and then followed me home (12 miles). Very impressed by the prompt and helpful service.”
