I called one call rescue when my motorcycle failed to start whilst i was away from home. The customer service team answered quickly and i was told they would send a text message asking me for details of the location of the breakdown etc. Unfortunately i could not get this to work as my mobile phone was not in the same location as the breakdown. I phoned them again and they logged the call manually. They sent a text message soon afterwards to give me an ETA for the breakdown lorry which was approx 1.5 hrs later. 7 mins later i had call from the lorry driver to say he was at the scene. Unfortunately i was back at home so he had to wait 20 mins until i got there. He was quite happy to wait and when i arrived he got the bike started using a battery booster. I got back home OK. I couldn't have had a better service.

Connor (cg6) went above and beyond to get me rescued !! After a scary situation he put my mind at ease located my vehicle within minutes kept me updated with the where abouts of the agent he was sending and got my vehicle recovered safely! THANKYOU so much !!

Very easy to arrange a visit . Flat battery resolved with jump start. Man whose name I dontvrecall ,I don't think he yold me. Couldn't diagnose shy battery had died. I had to ring my car dealer for advice. Was advise to run c the c ar for half an hour. Tried it later it started. Hope it starts in tgd morning. Quick service ,very happy with that.

The lady I spoke to was excellent. Reduced my breakdown arrival time from 3 hours to one hour. Very bubbly, knowledgeable and efficient.

John was efficient and obliging. You were accessible. I tried the RAC who were obstructive and contemptible. I’m grateful for your service. The £20.00 charge was very modest & we were pleased to pay up.

So I broke down this morning on my way to work & immediately call One Call & spoke to Leanne who was very friendly, calm & put me at ease as to what happens next. Unfortunately the text that was supposed to come through didn’t so I called again & s as young man (sorry didn’t get his name) sent it through. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough internet service to open the page to Greg the recovery process going so called again & got through to Leanne again who sorted this all for me over the phone. Within 10 minutes of this conversation I was picked up & towed home. Thank you so much for all your help & calmness. Mark 👍🏻

The person who sorted out the car for me was absolutely great but I had to wait quite a long time for him, which is why I'm giving 4 stars not 5. He was calm, efficient and professional.

The call handler was okay, but the guy who turned up to jump start my car, first of all went to the wrong place, even though I asked him if he knew where he was going when he called me initially. It was only when he called a second time to ask where my car was, that he turned up at the right location. He had a booster starter, that wasn't fully charged, so had to go and get another one. This just added more time to what should have been a pretty straightforward jump start. There doesn't seem to be a tick box for 1-2 hours below, so I've left it empty. When it comes time to renew, next year, I'll give them a miss.

Joke. Really unhelpful, it felt really unsafe on the motorway, unwilling to find a garage, I had to use Google and then phone local garages whilst on the hard shoulder to diagnose the problem. Way worse than AA, RAC and Green Flag. Won't be renewing.

Didn't force me to do everything by text at side of road. Would have been very upset if unable to do over phone.

Car failed to start when about to board Newhaven - Dieppe boat Friday am 8 july .Called breakdown service and the engineer could not have been quicker or more efficient in sorting out the problem . Not his fault we had to get the evening boat .Very pleased with the service .
