“Called customer services to report i needed recovery on a busy dual carriageway due to a blown tyre. Local recovery was assigned and i was collected within the hour and taken home, Fab service. Thank you”

“Thank you so much for your excellent service when my car broke down in a poor signal area for my phone. Your thoughtful message assured me that help was on its way and the time of its arrival. The next message was from Leon the mechanic to say he would be with me in fifteen minutes. He duly arrived on time and the problem with my car was discovered very quickly. He advised that a new battery was probably needed. I am 77 years of age and the prompt action from the company and Leon was greatly appreciated. Thank you. Dorothy.”

“Lady I called early in the morning on Sunday was certainly courteous and very helpful with detailed information of what to expect but the company meant to help me wasn't very helpful, rather impatient, got the feeling he didn't want to do anything but set out to lecture me in a condescending manner,claiming my nut wheel head was damaged, not ready to offer alternatives as states instructed by company which was besides the point. I eventually had to call someone else to help change the tyre and fit another which all in all took minutes.”

“Someone arrived within the stated time i was given when i made the initial call. He was friendly and polite and explained what the issue was and what he was going to do. He advised me to go to Halfords which was open and to get a new battery fitted, after contacting them to check if they had the relevant one in stock. He stressed that nobody would return from One Call Rescue to the ongoing situation. He was very helpful with giving the necessary information.”

“It's hard to access internet on side of road so called breakdown number...only to be sent link to website Was sent a text with a pickup time..this passed so called breakdown again.I had to call pickup company as they had not informed me of delay...ended up with pickup over an hour after ETA..plus pickup company was not the local one about 10 mins from me”

“I broke down on a busy road on the Moors, phone reception was poor. I managed to get through to Leanne who was very friendly and kept calling me back when the call failed. She sent for recovery and kept me informed the whole time. The recovery man, Rob, was also very friendly and efficient and kept me updated on his ETA. I’ve never broken down before and found this to be great service from start to finish. Thankyou”
