“One Call was very prompt in answering my breakdown call, with a friendly, supportive customer service person (sorry, forgot his name in my panic). Thank you for assisting me and I received a text with time of arrival of the recovery agent. Very pleased with the service today!”

“I didn’t get the name of the call handler today but he was so reassuring and helpful. I needed assistance twice and by the second time I was really worried and he sorted everything so I could get home safely. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service I received from the phone call to the guys who came out to restart my car both times. Thank you so much! Andrea West.”

“App wouldnt work and couldnt find number to call (whilst broken down on A11). Gave up after 30 mins or going round in circles) called AA (someone to actually speak to!) and whilst I am now home I am £150 out of pocket. Cheap but waste of money. Customer lost.”

“The caller(jv3) was brilliant to deal with my problem. The breakdown service arrived in 35 mins and fixed the problem on the spot. And I was told what to do next not to have the same problem by the mechanic. Overall, I am very happy with the service.”

“Within minutes of me calling with my breakdown I had with my car I had the breakdown department on the phone and a person called Connah helping me with my problem to call out a breakdown truck and a fitter coming to assist me.A mechanic called Sean called firstly to assist and got my car going within minutes he then called the breakdown truck to cancel it. Such first class service witnin 90 minutes of me calling I was back on the road again.(Well done )”
