“Fantastic guy. Came before 1/2 hour. Very helpful, very friendly, knew problem straight away. I was notified of his name and registration number before he arrived and could track him too. Brilliant!”

“The call out man arrived earlier than expected and managed to get the car going straight away. This was after a friend and a mechanic had tried unsuccessfully to get it going. I was able to drive it home unfortunately once the car stopped it would not start again.”

“My brakes went completely on my van a split brake pipe let out all of the fluid. But excellent service from one call breakdown I arranged with my garage that my van could be booked in. Then spoke to a lovely helpful lady at one call rescue I think her name was Geneveive she arranged my recovery and delivery to garage whilst I got a lift home with a colleague. The recovery vehicle was with my van within 30 minutes so great service thankyou”

“When I managed to speak to a person on the phone everything fell together and I got good service.. As for ONE CALLS phone number being out of service and having to speak through text and go through a portal that does not work, I am very disappointed. It took me nearly an hour to eventually talk to someone. That's why I given a generous 3 stars..”

“I had parked waiting to collect my husband from hospital(after he'd had very major surgery) when my battery failed. I was already distressed without the extra difficulty. The recovery vehicle arrived within an hour and during that time the young lady at the control centre called me twice to check that I was all right. This is real 5 star service Thank you One Call”

“Overall very pleased with a quick and efficient recovery. The only observation I would make is that I was told to report my breakdown via the customer portal but there is no clear facility to do so on the portal so ended up reporting by phone. The operator DN6 was very helpful. Thank you.”

“I'd a flat battery this morning with the car not being used much anf the call was answered within minutes and a breakdown company sorted out within minutes and they arrived at the door inside 45 minutes hooked the car up and she started first time... First class service all round”
