“Despite renewing my insurance for the 16th of January I was told that I was not covered. After a painful back and forth conversation with many hold periods my rescue was finally booked. Initially I was told that One Call do not deal with Green flag. After arriving at the vehicle. ( My wife had broken down) I wanted to update on the location and when I called, I was told that I was not covered, therefore starting at step one and virtually the whole process again including the information about no links with Green flag. It was appalling customer service and a totally stressful experience.”

“I have had one call for a few years now and all I can do is praise them I always get the gold Cover as I have been known to forget to shut the car door. I can honestly say that both the telephone person who is SM1 and the mechanic were 100% for me I would recommend one call no problem.”

“Very efficient and helpful operators; recovery team arrived well ahead of schedule and resolved the issue, with good related advice. Do be clear on what is and isn't included when taking up the policy (on basic cover I was charged £20 for the callout, plus a £35 excess), but the operators were very clear about this on the call so there were no hidden surprises.”

“My experience with One Call Rescue was brilliant, my car was completely dead and I couldn’t even move it. The rescue team were with me within the hour and I could track every movement which was so useful. The lady AG2, I spoke to was exceptionally helpful, friendly and thorough. Can’t fault the service at all”
