“After calling the breakdown hotline, I explained the situation that I had a automatic car and was stuck in park. When the recovery arrived (Speedy recovery from Frome Somerset) they were speedy and arrived 40 minutes later. The Mechanic really wanted to get the car up and running again rather than putting it on the back of the flatbed truck. He was so clever with his diagnosis and fault finding and went through a process of elimination to get the car going again. Very clever man and very nice. He is a credit to his company and the speedy breakdown service provided. Outstanding professional.”

“First time using the rescue it was a bit complicated getting the booking for my rescue but when that was sorted it was about 50 minutes to wait and all was ok . By the way I am renewing my breakdown with you .”

“Very easy to use very quick response very polite customer service. We were in the middle of dartmoor in fog and rain with no windscreen wipers working. We told One Call through the app And less than 1 hour later we were on our way home and this on a Sunday. So very grateful. Graham out knight in shin high viz was pleasant and friendly. Great service”

“My car was left immobile at a local Golf club, in a remote area. I called One Call rescue talked through my issue and within 40 minutes a recovery vehicle had reached me. Ten minutes later my car was running and a diagnostic check also gave me the peace of mind that the problem was not as severe as anticipated. Great service from the initial call to the recovery driver. Thanks.”
