“Reviewer “From making the call to find out if the problem with my car was covered (as I wasn’t sure) the help to respond, response and the arrival of the recovery guy was second to none. I was treated very professionally and felt valued as a customer by those that helped me. thank you One call team. I have previously recommended your company and will continue to do so. “I used the portal to organise the rescue, I tried using the 084 number but none of our mobiles would allow us to use that number,a free one might be more helpful. Tf6 arranged a break down company in Nottingham to come out too us . They arrived well into the estimated time frame,two very polite friendly guys arrived and got the the car restarted and we then drove back to Sheffield. They thought it was either the starter motor or the battery. Straight to our local garage, it turned out to be the battery,new one fitted. Thanks for helping get us back home, without a lot of fuss .”

“I was told they would be there within the hour, he was there within 15 mins and car fixed within 20 mins, excellent service and very polite and methodical mechanic. Really pleased with the person who came out to me, sorry didn't get his name.”

“The response was superb when I phoned as the clutch had gone on the car. Mason the recovery driver arrived an hour before the ETA and was so skilled and helpful. The phone call was easy, the drive back to the garage easy and I was back home within two hours of breaking down over 12 miles (not an easy route) away from home. I couldn't be happier with the people and the service. Highly recommend. Thank you.”

“When I called to report my break down, I was given an estimate time of 54 mins. No that didn’t happen…. 24 mins after reporting GRS arrived, I was so happy to see him. The guy that arrived was just lovely, he had me on the road again with in 10 mins, told me what I needed to replace when I got to a garage so that I wouldn’t be ripped off!! What a lovely guy. First class service from one call and from GRS… thank you so much.”

“From making the call (as couldn't access the app) the help to respond, response and recovery driver( do not recall his name)were excellent... identified the issue quickly with gear linkage but could not repair as cable had gone. Did well to extract us from bus stop in busy town centre and deliver us safely to our garage ...thank you One call team”
