“Called with a cracked windscreen issue on a Sunday morning. Repair booked by Sunday afternoon, followed by a call from username TF3 to check we were happy with the arrangements on Sunday evening. Superb service.”

“I was extremely satisfied with the breakdown communication service. The agent made it clear and sent a link via txt message.Explaining I would be contacted what to expect would happen plus the time of arrival and follow up.I would highly recommend One Call rescue.”

“It was such a quick service and the driver was lovely. Can’t recommend both the service and the personnel highly enough. Also the app letting be know where the truck was and the ETA was a great reassurance. I realise that I called on a really good day but even if I had had to wait longer, I would have felt cared for.”

“Each stage was explained by J12 so that I was reassured about the efficency of the breakdown service. The arrangements that he made were more than fulfilled. Although I hope that I won't need to call on your services again I know that if I do it will all be dealt with effectively. Thank-you.”
