“I had to wait 3 Hours to be recovered from the middle of a Bridge, blocking the Traffic, whilst getting verbally abuse from other road users. One Call Rescue should have made sure there was another Recovery team nearby with a quicker response time. This how ever wasn't the fault of the Recovery man from Yorkshire Rescue service. Who was very friendly, helpful and careful with my car and would highly recommend his service.”

“Very efficient website. Only waited approx 20 minutes for a return call advising someone would call when in the vicinity of my broken down car. Only 10 mins before a call came through advising would take 15 mins to get to the car. The car was collected and taken to home address. From beginning to end, the whole experience was extremely professional and efficient. Can't rate our recovery experience highly enough.”
