“I was very impressed with the gentleman who came out from tears recovery it was a quick response he was very thorough and had me back on the road in no time”

“Responded to my situation. Sadly I was not asked, if I was alone Or felt safe in the location I broke down. As a lone female on a dark winter evening; this was concerning for me, compounded by a confirmed wait of nearly two hours. No advice was offered to aid my personal safety.”
