“I needed to call One Call rescue after the exhaust on the car unexpectedly came off. There was still just over an hours journey to get home. The advisor on the phone did initially say I could drive it home but due to the distance left I didn’t feel that was probably a good idea for a variety of reasons. Wayne from Gerec Ltd arrived about 45 mins later after having phoned to speak to me. Wayne was very professional, reassuring & friendly & got the car, my daughter, my two dogs & I safely home to our front door. Thank you very much. We really appreciated the rescue.”

“Very quick response to my request for breakdown assistance. Along with regular communication to advise on time scales. The mechanic was polite, courteous and ensured I was ok, fully explaining everything and making recommendations. Great service thank you Pappa Bear!”
