“The gentleman arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was very friendly and helpful and quickly established the problem was a snapped belt which meant a recovery. He dropped both myself and the car home less than 1 1/2 hours from the initial request. Fantastic service, thank you.”

“Very simple procedure to initiate my recovery,upon arrival my car was loaded and we were asked to sit in the recovery vehicle,driver was very efficient and chatted with both myself and my daughter along our journey home ,I didn't catch the drivers name but a genuinely nice guy ,well done.”

“From start to finish it was excellent. I reported breakdown via customer portal and was kept notified throughout especially an estimated time of arrival, which is very helpful and details of recovery team ie who to expect.Matt (id BP2) also called 15 minutes in advance of arrival and introduced himself. Mat was excellent. He was very polite, cheerful, patient and above all else very informative and gave essential advice going forward. He is a credit to the recovery service. Many thanks to Matt for making an unpleasant experience a lot better.”

“Today, one call rescue were lovely, professional, calm & very reassuring. From the 2 advisors I spoke to on the phone (when I was very stressed!) to the lovely driver of the rescue vehicle who made a very stressful situation so much better. Thank you all so much . My only criticism (that stopped me giving 5 stars) was the fact that after my initial call, where I explained that I was 69, female, on my own in a vehicle that could not move, in an unsafe position on a bend on a country road with double white lines, with traffic building up, I was told to report details through your portal, details of which would be sent by text. Unfortunately my 'not so smart' phone identified the text as Spam & would not let me open the link. Fortunately I was able to eventually contact my son who towed me to a safe spot & took charge of the situation. Whilst I appreciate that portals have their place, & no doubt help to eep costs down - but in a potentially dangerous situation... really? But all is well that ends well & my car is now at the garage & I am at home, so thank you for coming to my rescue.”
