Dreadful service. Wife not able to report a breakdown over the phone. Was told on 2 separate occasions she had to use a portal. The link sent to her did not work. I was able to use the portal from my computer. Had I not been able to we wouldn't have had anyone come to fix our car

Being a vulnerable woman with a disabled child, we were left waiting on the side of the M25 for 4 hours! Then when finally arrived didn't even look at the car just put it on truck to take home. Even though I had GOLD cover, there was no roadside assistance offered and they wouldn't even log my call unless I paid them £114. When we eventually started home, almost 5 hours after I reported the breakdown, the driver got a call and was told we had to change drivers. Even though we had driven 40 mins towards home, he then turned round and drove the 40 mins back to where we came from to change drivers. Then the new driver decided he didn't want to take the 1 hour and 40 minute drive home over the Dartford Bridge he decided to go the long way round , just over 2 hours to home. Then he said he couldn't drive to our road, so didn't even drop our car off at home, he left it two streets away. The whole thing from reporting the breakdown to getting home took just over 9 hours and we were only 1 hour 40 mins from home. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

The agent from WEM Rescue and Recovery went the extra mile. Not only did he identify what the problem was, he went to the garage and arranged for my car to go in to be fixed. Well done.

Very good service, the only recommendation would of been a update when it got to the estimated time of arrival and they haven't turned up yet maybe another ETA text but soon answered after a phone call

Recovery technician (Matt) excellent. Pleasant man and knowledgeable too - didn't get to see his roadside repair skills as the indicators on the problem appeared to be too much for a roadside repair

My recovery man was so lovely, attentive and helpful. He explained everything what the faulty with car and how he fixed it. Very helpful and pleasant. I wish I had taken his name. I appreciate his help.

The guy turned up on good time. But not happy try to get through to report breakdown. Would have liked to speak to someone trying to do it online is too stressful for a older person sitting in a car

I received a text informing me of approx time of arrival. I then received a text enabling me to track recovery vehicle . Both of which were helpful & reassuring. Recovery man arrived & after I told him my problem he said he would check battery, which was indeed flat . He started engine. Gave me sound advice on what to do next . I asked if he could suggest where I obtain new battery from . He was very polite & professional. I was really impressed how quickly car was sorted . Thank you so much for your help .Frist class service 👏
