“I was greeted with a good morning wide friendly smile. That's already makes me less tention. He then noticed my car got a flat tyre which I didn't notice at all. He said, "Do not worry he'll drive the car slower to the truck. Then send my car to workshop.”

“Man not a mechanic said he’d been called out for a flat battery not true battery still has power didn’t know where to start on this. Would it be an old car said if I’d been in the AA they would’ve probably fixed it he needed to get home. He had ordered his tea taken round to Garage. What a shock they got this morning but not geared up for classic cars so now just sitting on roadside as they need the parking space in their garage. very tired and upset. auto electrician coming out tomorrow to see if he can help. May need your help again to get my car from B to a would’ve really out if you had sent a mechanic like your driver said. Lewis on phone very helpful Put me through to payments £20 paid but don’t know why ?????”

“Recovery engineer was extremely helpful quick and decisive, provided me was s jumpstart and battery test. Started the car amf informed me the i should get a new battery. Very happy with service.”

“I used One Call Rescue through their online portal and the whole process was very straightforward. The response time was extremely fast and the engineer arrived quickly. He was friendly, polite and very efficient, and had the issue sorted in no time. I was back on the road much quicker than I expected. Overall a very smooth and professional service.”

“I arranged it online and it was very simple. It was also confirmed by text with an estimated time to expect assistance. I was messaged a map to track recovery and the mechanic, who was fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help me, arrived more than 30 minutes before his estimated arrival time. He fixed my car in no time and I can’t thank this 5 star guy enough. He made my breakdown as stress free as possible. Thank you.”

“Answered the phone quickly. Handler was most excellent, very clear and helpful. Breakdown company phoned to say they were on their way and arrived quickly. Mechanic was brilliant/thorough and communicated clearly. Couldnt have asked for better.”

“I got a call back to confirm minutes after I arranged in line. It was also confirmed by email with a time to expect pickup. 30 minutes before collection I was called to say pickup was on schedule and I received tracking map so I knew exactly where the truck was. All very reassuring and took the stress out of my breakdown”

“Initial call was rather long winded - then referred to logging in. As my wife was out alone this became long winded when a simple phone call would have been far better. Once recovery vehicle arrived the driver was very helpful and good service.”

“Rang for roadside recovery and they sent the recovery driver to Leeds instead of Birstall. Now the are asking me to pay and excess which I didn't know about and am unable to get in touch to discuss this”
