“V prompt response from the independent assistance response mechanic. He was v helpful and efficient The policy itself however..... AFTER 10 MILES I WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR RECOVERY HOME AT A QUOTED FEE OF OVER £700 BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS POLICY”

“Great Service - just wished was quicker. It took 4 hours in total to get to me. My Dad died the same day my car broke down and i couldnt get to him in time as i was waiting for the recivery truck.”

“Reporting the breakdown on the app was quick and easy and the response was fast. Being able to track the recovery vehicle meant I knew when I needed to be back at my car but able to carry on with my day until then. The technician was professional and friendly and solved the issue fast.”
