“The service provided was excellent from the first initial contact to the arrival of the breakdown company. The breakdown recovery was trackable which was a real help. “Actual rescue was excellent but the online portal is very frustrating when at the side of the road. Asking for a postcode for the location of your breakdown is impractical. How about asking for a road name or other description?”

“The service was very efficient. The only matter to improve upon is the direction and log in to the section where you can commence the rescue process. There appears to be two separate logins, one for the policy documents and one for breakdown services. This did not work for me and I had to conduct my referral over the phone.”

“Arrived really quick, an hour an and a half before they estimated, and although it wasn’t anything that could be fixed roadside they managed to get the car up on the truck even though it was boxed in by a van that had a flat tyre! Very efficient and helpful”

“Once I’d completed the questionaire form on my phone about how and where I’d broken down, luckily it was outside someone’s address so I was able to get a post code if I’d had broken down in the middle of nowhere I wouldn’t have known how to answer that particular question because it wouldn’t take street names or road names but everything else seemed to fall into place.”

“I found the process very easy to use, then the phone call letting me know which breakdown service would be coming to pick up my car, the operator was very polite . I then received a text message with the name breakdown service that would be coming to collect my car. I felt it was a very efficient service, thank you.”

“Rescue vehicle arrived within 45 minutes from contacting one call about breakdown on m8 motorway. Lady who arrived diagnosed snapped timing belt and said would probably need new engine, which was correct. Took car to garage of choice and went the extra mile by dropping us off at the purvey we were on our way to when this happened. Would highly recommend.”
