On line portal did not work- and agent insisted that I booked into a garage and be recovered to that while all that was needed was a battery boost. He also said he would hold the call until I got back to him - he didn’t

Shocking, did everything they could you defer me away. The person who answered the phone was so unhelpful. Hung up on me and wanted £20.00 to come out, so the recovery is basically worth nothing. No duty of care and no interest in a customer being stranded. This is the 2nd time this has happened and they left me for over 4 hours last time and in the end I had to get someone else to collect me.

My car had come to a halt in the middle of the road just after crossing Tower Bridge in London. It was late at night and pouring with rain. So I was so pleased with the way my call was handled and even happier with the fact that the agent arrived nearly an hour earlier than the estimated time given. Excellent.

It seems impossible to contact you I have tried four telephone numbers and tried various emails all without success. I have sent proof of my no claims discount to your offices in doncaster. I have spent literately hours trying to contact you.

The call centre service was BRILLIANT He was calm and understanding as I messed with my technology in order to give him necessary info….. and patiently explained how I could access payment over the phone. The recovery mechanic was punctual and quick to arrive. Kind, thorough, efficient, and ensured all the onboard tech was working before he left. SUPERB. A great experience all round…( that is if you have to breakdown 😉) Many thanks

The time from reporting the breakdown to actually having a recovery truck there was quicker than the allotted time. It could have been a quiet night. It helped having a tracker to see exactly where he was, along with his name and registration number of his vehicle.

Ben was extremely helpful with problems I was having with online booking However I would say that having tried to book an appointment online for windscreen replacement I was unable to as couldn’t tap appointments space, so had to be transferred to auto windscreen directly It took 20 plus minutes as had to go through all the information again with lady there You need to sort your website out for booking appointments
