Very quick response to my call and breakdown man turning up. He quickly identified a loose connection on battery and got me going home asap. Only problem was trying to get on website and connect properly kept saying problem connecting.

Very efficient communication via LC2 who explained service and costs quickly and simply. Messaging was rapid and relevant to my situation and Rescue service arrived well within expected arrival time. All dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. Thank you very much. X

Very straightforward breakdown reporting process. I phoned to start with and the call handler was kind, understanding, and helpful. Next the online data entry through my phone was also simple and easy to complete, and the exces. Cost involved in my vehicle being recovered and taken to my preferred repair garage were reasonable and fair. The recovery was prompt and the recovery driver efficient, kind and friendly. It all helped make a difficult situation much easier to bear.

Your breakdown assistance has obviously changed. Used it in the past no issues. Firstly I was told to go through the customer portal which only had my house insurance listed and could not report breakdown so had to ring again and someone manually input it for me. A third party came out and said I needed a new battery and to ring you back in the morning. I was then told that you did not deal with 3rd party providers and all you could do was take me to a garage. I am disabled and this was of no help. this was not the service I had in the past. There should be a dedicated telephone number for breakdowns as you are supposed to have a service 24/7. I doubt I shall renew with you this year.

First time ever used OneCall Rescue. Very easy to report my breakdown and received text messages advising of progress and the Company being allocated to. Oasis Rescue and Recovery arrived on time, verbally discussed issue, diagnosed fault and recalibrated system and hopefully rectified issue. Excellent service from both OneCall Rescue BA3 and Oasis Rescue and Recovery.

I was extremely disappointed with the way in which my breakdown was dealt with! I called your company to explain the situation, I explained that there was a road closure in the location of my breakdown and that my disabled mother was with me in the car! Both of which was not relayed to the recovery agent! The agent arrived and asked me to open the car which I did he then attempted to open the bonnet and snapped the plastic release handle which came off in his hand , he admitted that it was him who had broken it and that I shouldn’t worry as he had taken pictures! I then asked about the situation with my disabled mother and he said that I would need to call my insurance again,at this point he walked off and said he would need to walk back to where he had parked his van and then return to tow it to the garage. He was gone for over an hour and a half! I called my insurance back to explain the situation and was told that I needed to arrange my own transport for my disabled mother! I took photos of the broken handle and received an answer to say that the recovery agent denied breaking it after admitting to me that it was his fault!! Therefore I am extremely disappointed in your service and the way in which it was dealt with!!

Complicated sitting in your car in the middle of winter you just want one number not what’s your password,just answer 10 questions on a mobile that you can’t see it’s a nightmare not very CUSTOMER ORIENTED.

Alan who helped me was amazing. So helpful. I have a complaint but not against him. He is 5 star. My complaint is I couldn’t get any one on phone and I was stuck on slip rd with no postcode and I had to walk miles to get to a place with a postcode. I should have been able to send a pin or grid reference easily online. If I had been a vulnerable person I would have been in real trouble .
