From time of call to assistance arriving was approximately 1 hour. Very reasonable and reassuring considering the time of day (early evening). The initial call was handled extremely well and the service I received from the mechanic was excellent.

A quick phone call easily explained ..... trailer arrived within 30 minutes ....kept upto date regarding arrival time by text link to trace trailer online. Great service by driver quick and efficient.šŸ‘

TF3 was great. The roads were full of traffic but he rescued the car with no disruption to other road users and got me to the garage in good time. Faultless and no stress! Thank you

Mechanic that turned up was quick and efficient. Trying to speak to somebody initially to arrange the appointment wasn’t so good. Told to go on the online portal; couldn’t navigate this so called back and mechanic’s appointment was made verbally. Why not just do it person to person? If not, then make the portals more user friendly and not designed by geeks. Typical of the lack of thought put into these procedures and surveys is the question below asking how long it took to respond. It was actually a very acceptable one and a half hours, but the options skip from ā€˜under one hour’ to ā€˜2 to 3 hours’. How am I meant to answer that?

On 1/10/25 had a flat battery and contacted one call rescue at 12.24. I was informed I had to complete an online portal confirming my details.This was wasn't straightforward due to poor signal,eventually managed to complete it but it wouldn't accept my card payment. Had to ring one call again for them to take card payment of £20. I was informed that the verbally informed that the breakdown company (Westbourne Motors)would be with me in about an hour to hour and a half. Had a call from Westbourne motors at 2.28pm saying they would be with me between 4 and 5pm.I Rang Westbourne motors at 5.25pm and they informed me that they were very busy and wouldn't be with me until between 6 and 7pm. Eventually they turned up at 7.30pm . A seven hour wait and a very stressful experience!

I had to wait 3 Hours to be recovered from the middle of a Bridge, blocking the Traffic, whilst getting verbally abuse from other road users. One Call Rescue should have made sure there was another Recovery team nearby with a quicker response time. This how ever wasn't the fault of the Recovery man from Yorkshire Rescue service. Who was very friendly, helpful and careful with my car and would highly recommend his service.

Great service, broke down in a busy spot recovery was faster than expected and I was kept up to date throughout the process. My car got a temporary repair which meant I could complete my journey, very impressed.
