“Pick up not available due to distance from home and time of night - it was around 6pm. I wasn’t able to prebook for the next day but was told to call back anytime after 7am. Having spent the night in my car at a petrol station I called again and was advised that because it was then within garage opening hours they could only take me to a local garage or for recovery to home I’d have to pay anything in excess of £50! This condition was removed when I complained. The people at the call centre were really polite but didn’t seem to be very well informed. Had a relay recovery which was excellent. The two guys did a 5 star job, both really pleasant and I only waited about ten minutes for the handover.”

“Text said the roadside assistant would be with me in about an hour. Within half hour the driver (BA3) was already here and was really efficient and got my car started again.”

“Can’t fault the call centre or mechanic that turned up. His office basically told him to leave me and organise a garage then they would come back and pick me up next few days, even though I was expecting to be taken home with vehicle. Mechanic apologised but he was ordered by his office.”

“Prompt answer, informative with details of ETA and driver, the whole process was smooth. And recovery turned up before the ETA Rob was the driver,helpful, polite and reassuring. Credit to the company and cannot sing his praises enough! More than happy with the service today, thank you!”

“I hvea platinum policy. At 06.45 started my process to start the ball rolling to come out to my house to start my car, wated 5 mins with no idea if they would get back yo me I would be hoping you should have a message saying, this is being looked into, but no you were left in limbo, until about 10m9ns later said an estimated time 3hrs, it 2as actually 4 hrs, lucky my husband was off work this day and I used his car, this is no use when your trying to get to work”

“TF3 was brilliant. The first one we spoke to never did anything. It’s a good job we rang one call again and got TF3, else we would still be stood there in -5. All was perfect in the end all down to TF3. Thank Tommy.”

“I recently used One Call Rescue and was genuinely impressed with the service. They arrived incredibly quickly, far quicker than RAC ever has in my experience. The technician, Thomas, was absolutely brilliant. He was knowledgeable, informative, and really went the extra mile to help. He made me feel completely reassured throughout the whole process. Thomas is truly a credit to the company. I’d definitely recommend One Call Rescue to anyone needing reliable roadside assistance.”
