“If I could give less than one star I would but unfortunately, I haven't been given that option. This review is for Ben (spoke to him at 14.26 on 18/10/2025) and if your calls are recorded, I suggest you listen back to it and use it in future training exercises as to how NOT to treat or speak to customers. The way my claim was dealt with and the patronising way I was spoken to is the Gold Standard in how to alianate and lose customers. It's safe to say that when my policy is up for renewal I won't be renewing with you and will discourage anyone I know from taking out a policy with yourselves. In answer to Ben's question as to whether I understand how breakdown services work, I've worked in insurance for over 30 years, so yes, I do (I also know how to treat customers for the record and UNDERSTAND where my wages originate). My brother kindly travelled from Bradford to change my tyre in the end, to save me from having to wait a minimum of FOUR HOURS to get my tyre changed by yourselves, with a side order of patronisation and attitude. To say I'm disgusted doesn't even cover it”

“JJ1 - great. Couldn’t go online so spoke to someone. Told I would get an email which would show my location, unfortunately couldn’t download the link so rang back with What3words. Waited 3 hours but Recovery kept me informed.”

“My car was left immobile at a local Golf club, in a remote area. I called One Call rescue talked through my issue and within 40 minutes a recovery vehicle had reached me. Ten minutes later my car was running and a diagnostic check also gave me the peace of mind that the problem was not as severe as anticipated. Great service from the initial call to the recovery driver. Thanks.”

“They came within one hour and fixed it and told me what I had done wrong. Very helpful person. Not sure why I had to pay£20 on line before he came though”

“BR2 was amazing , initially I was instructed to go to the portal and request assistance but the portal failed . I rang back and spoke to BR2 who helped me , it’s so much easier to speak to someone rather than use the portal which didn’t work . Thank you so much BR2”

“Could not have asked for a better service, I think the estimated time was about an hour or so waiting time and the young lad was with me within 30 minutes or so .. the fault turned out to be the Battery that had seen better days and at ten years old will be changed for a new one within the next hour of writing this review Again a sterling service from one call and the breakdown team ... Thank you”

“Helpful, had to call out due to car issues, the first, second time the mechanic was very helpful, when it can to the car having to be pick up to be towed to the garage, the guy was late and very rude and grumpy. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because One call and the first two call out”

“Had to call recovery today, Hinton Rescue, was extremely pleased by the speed of arrival, unfortunately couldn’t be repaired so my car was taken to my garage, I had already called ahead so they knew to expect it.”

“One calls response was excellent today, prompt and direct, well done. Woodlands Rescue was absolutely brilliant today. Andy was a complete professional from start to finish. “Thank you, your driver/mechanic arrived earlier than expected. He diagnosed the problem, made a temporary repair then followed the car until I arrived at our chosen garage. Very pleased with the service 👍”
