“They were easy to talk to, with clear instructions. Guiding me through each step. He said he would send text he sent text telling the company they would use and that I would receive a call from them and gave me an eta. The company did call. Knew where I was and were with me with in 15 minutes of information given. I’m so pleased I have this service with my car insurance. User name of gentleman is PW1.”

“I had to pay more money that I was initially told. The rescue took 2h. The truck was unable to take me to the garage entrance and I had to push the bike around the corner. It could have been an easy and quick fix it turned out to be more expensive because I had to push the bike as it was a flat tyre. All it was ment to be a puncture and due to this service I had to get a new tyre that cost me £120. So my breakdown cover turned out to be more damaging than a fix. I will change insurance and will never advise this. Extremely disappointed.”

“Samantha was amazing, quick to get to me and helped me on my way. Absolutely fabulous to have a female mechanic, much appreciated and fantastic to see her talent (put me to shame as I just get in and drive my car, I’ve no knowledge. Samantha should be very proud of herself) Highly recommend 👍🏻”
