“The person I spoke to, LA4, was brilliant, very reassuring. I had a very low phone battery and a totally dead car so I was pretty stressed, I couldn't have spoken to a better person. Breakdown chap arrived within an hour and fixed my car. Very happy.”

“Excellent service from the mechanic. Arrived in the eta of two hours stated. Initial problems with the link sent by the call centre to log the problem. Had to call again to get the problem logged manually”

“All was pretty smooth apart from the link they sent not working. But calling straight back, all was sorted out very quickly. The breakdown truck arrived an hour early, too. Driver was fantastic and made it all so easy.”

“I got through to one call rescue quickly and my flat tyre on my car was replaced within a couple hours efficiently. I liked that you can track your rescue vehicle. The technician was very helpful and did his job perfectly.”

“Called at 1015 am breakdown arrived at 1430 hrs , couldn't start van and as I had said it was a flat battery he couldn't recover me , had to call again and report another breakdown eventually recovered at 1530 pm”

“Initial call was fine. The link sent to my phone didn’t work. I answered all the questions but once submitted an error was detected so i had to phone back. This time the operator, LP5, went through the questions over the phone and started the ball rolling. However, the times kept changing; 13:07 to 14:00 to by 15:00. I sat in my car for almost 4 hours but when CFMotoring arrived they were very efficient and my tyre was changed within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, 3 CFMotoring employees had been deployed; first from Sunderland, second from a town 9 miles away and the third and final from a town 5 miles away. I was updated on these changes but it was frustrating as each one changed the timings so something to be aware of. Having said all that I am glad I added this module to my insurance and after the initial head spinning as to who to call, all went well if a little too long.”

“The agent (BA3) from BT Recovery arrived earlier than projected and was very polite and efficient. He transferred my car and myself to the repair station of my choice, where he shared his thoughts about the problem. The experience was commendably stress free.”
