“Very happy with the service I got ,the engineer was very good, impressed and appreciated new battery fitted now, by the way do you take a photo of the battery cover as when battery was fitted the terminal+cover is missing now.”

“Rescue man treated me pretty much like I was a complete fool. By the time we got back to my home garage it was around 9.30pm at night (having broken down at around 5.30pm). I know he was only supposed to take me to the garage but it was dark, wet and there was no-one around so I asked him if he could drive me the 1/2 mile to my village rather than let me walk home alone. He refused so I had to walk home alone in the dark feeling unsafe. I don’t think I was home till 10pm. Whole experience very unpleasant.”

“Called with a cracked windscreen issue on a Sunday morning. Repair booked by Sunday afternoon, followed by a call from username TF3 to check we were happy with the arrangements on Sunday evening. Superb service.”
