The response was superb when I phoned as the clutch had gone on the car. Mason the recovery driver arrived an hour before the ETA and was so skilled and helpful. The phone call was easy, the drive back to the garage easy and I was back home within two hours of breaking down over 12 miles (not an easy route) away from home. I couldn't be happier with the people and the service. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic service, arrived promptly, removed vehicle to approved dealership, clean and tidy cab. Driver/operator extremely helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience, not taking into account the breakdown.

When I called to report my break down, I was given an estimate time of 54 mins. No that didn’t happen…. 24 mins after reporting GRS arrived, I was so happy to see him. The guy that arrived was just lovely, he had me on the road again with in 10 mins, told me what I needed to replace when I got to a garage so that I wouldn’t be ripped off!! What a lovely guy. First class service from one call and from GRS… thank you so much.

From making the call (as couldn't access the app) the help to respond, response and recovery driver( do not recall his name)were excellent... identified the issue quickly with gear linkage but could not repair as cable had gone. Did well to extract us from bus stop in busy town centre and deliver us safely to our garage ...thank you One call team

From time of call to assistance arriving was approximately 1 hour. Very reasonable and reassuring considering the time of day (early evening). The initial call was handled extremely well and the service I received from the mechanic was excellent.

A quick phone call easily explained ..... trailer arrived within 30 minutes ....kept upto date regarding arrival time by text link to trace trailer online. Great service by driver quick and efficient.👍

Mechanic that turned up was quick and efficient. Trying to speak to somebody initially to arrange the appointment wasn’t so good. Told to go on the online portal; couldn’t navigate this so called back and mechanic’s appointment was made verbally. Why not just do it person to person? If not, then make the portals more user friendly and not designed by geeks. Typical of the lack of thought put into these procedures and surveys is the question below asking how long it took to respond. It was actually a very acceptable one and a half hours, but the options skip from ‘under one hour’ to ‘2 to 3 hours’. How am I meant to answer that?
