“It was Bank Holiday Monday 15.45 , and I acquired a flat tyre away from home . I got in touch with the office online ( they closed at 16.00 )filled in a few details they logged my request and gave me a rough estimate of the time the recovery vehicle would get to me . Within the hour Eurotow truck arrived sorted the issue temporarily and followed me home to make sure there were no more problems . Thank you so much BP2 . Great service .”

“Easy to contact. I was especially happy with actual human assistance on the phone. Very helpful, thorough and kind. Professional but super friendly The first rescue man was great although he was unable to get the car going he diagnosed the fault. The vehicle rescue man Colin from Furness, was utterly brilliant. Exactly what you need when your car is playing up. A breath of fresh air. Thank you to the whole team”
