“call was answered quickly by sg2. I had to ring back as i only have an ordinary mobile not a smartphone but that was no problem and sg2 sorted it all out very efficiently.breakdown man was 1/2 hour quicker than was estimated and got me going again in a few minutes. thanks-all good.”

“Happy with call centre staff especially Eve and today’s representative. Not happy with less than comprehensive breakdown cover despite gold status. Proposed cost of circa £350 to uplift car from driveway to garage less than 5 miles away”

“My recovery driver James was incredible, really reassuring and got me home safe. The caller that handled my call was also helpful but two things; - I was a lone female on the side of the A1 for over 3 hours in a storm waiting for recovery which I understand isn't the fault of the handler but also is an incredibly scary experience. I was told repeatedly it was because of my remote location and the time of night but I was on the A1 and recovery is 24 hours - They wouldn't recover me until I had paid almost £300 due to the distance it would take for me to get home. Luckily I had this available but if I hadn't I would not have been able to be recovered. I pay on time and pay extra for roadside recovery so this is an added extra I wasn't expecting and in the moment only added to my stress and anxiety”

“Rescue truck arrived in around 1 hour on a Friday night I thought this was really good especially around chichester were the traffic is awful. The driver was very helpful and efficient. Great service.”
