“I have worked with OOROO in Green Valley for several years, and each time had a great experience with their commuication, price, and the quality of the service or repair. As a woman with very little knowledge of cars, I feel strongly that I can trust their assessment of my car's needs and their charges. A day ago, three issues were found with hefty pricetags for repair. Eddy went over each repair in detail, why it was necessary ( with photos to go over all along the way), and a timeline (what to do now, what could wait, and for how long). Two issues, brake and tire replacement, both of which I was expecting, turned out not to be necessary. We worked out a schedule for parts ordering and service that was easy for me to accommodate. How could one ask for anything more from a repair shop? So grateful, and I'm passing along my highest endorsement. How lucky we are to have a business and professionals of this caliber in our community!”

“Only an oil change and checkup but performed with courtesy and professionalism and completion was right on time. I'm not a fan of Valvoline but with regular changes it's ok.”

“The whole process was easy and professional. Chase and Mike are very personable, efficient, and professional. I arrived a little after 8 and had my keys before 10. I will be using OOROO for all my auto needs moving forward. They also offer a mobile services. Prices are fair and I received a text showing me the breakdown of all the charges. Definitely over and above service.”

“Ooroo service has been recommended on Nextdoor so many times so I took my car in for a more major repair. They were able to find the parts needed at a much more reasonable price, replaced them and it was a great first experience all around. I will definitely return.”

“I am writing to let you that I was very pleased with the service and the mechanics that took care of my vehicle. Both mechanics were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and were very friendly. I had my battery replaced by one mechanic : and two days later I had an oil change by a different mechanic using your mobile unit both times. Thank you again for taking care of my vehicle ; as I travel around Tucson going home health visits .”
