“This was the easiest and most straight forward process we’ve ever experienced in selling a house! From the beginning in obtaining an offer by simply answering a few questions, to immediately being able to sign a contract once the offer was finalized, picking our own closing date and moving it around when necessary, to the 10 minute signing of paperwork with the title company, and to receiving our funds within hours on closing day… it was all a breeze!! The website tracks everything seamlessly and the company makes the process so unbothersome and without any stress! I honestly don’t know why anyone would want to sell their house through an agent and list and do showings and clean and inspect, etc. We will and already have recommended Opendoor to all our friends and family and will absolutely use them again in the future! We’re very happy customers!”

“Opendoor and my contact Brady were fantastic. Not having to have strangers in my home during a pandemic was a huge plus. They made the selling process so much easier. The closing date flexibility and late check out options were a life saver for us when the closing date for the house we were buying changed.”

“Selling our home to Opendoor (OD) went extremely well. Around May 2021 when home prices were soaring, my wife and I contacted a real estate agent to inquire about selling our home. The real estate agent provided us their best estimate for what we should sell for on the open market. Before going into contract with the real estate agent, we did our due diligence, learned about OD and requested an offer. OD’s initial offer and final offer were well over what the real estate agent suggested we sell for. Since we were in the process of buying a new home which was not going to be ready for 5 months, we decided to sell to OD. Alex H., the representative from OD, who assisted us through the process was a wealth of information and just overall responsive and helpful. He told us that OD would allow us to set a closing date 5 months out as this was when our new home would be finished, and if more time was needed we could stay in our home for 7 days free and rent back (late checkout) up to 14 additional days. Well….fast-forward 5 months, we closed without any significant issues and received our offer/proceeds as agreed to 5 months earlier. OD did not try to re-negotiate for a lower price at any time although the market started to slow prior to our closing. We would use OD again, and we recommend OD to anyone selling a home.”

“The opendoor experience was a very easy and painless process. They were very transparent with their fees and offer. What they offered in the beginning is what we walked away with at the end of closing. They did not offer a big number up front and then half way through the process try to bring the number down by saying a bunch of stuff was wrong with the property, etc. We picked our close date. We had plenty of time to get everything completed. All we had to do was upload pictures of the property at the end and that was very easy and user friendly. The only negative was it was a little difficult getting a hold of our opendoor partner (the one handling our sale) simply because we had to call her and leave a message and then she would have to call us back and it sometimes would take her a day or 2 to get back to us. Very little communication from or with her, but other than that it was a very easy process. I would highly recommend using opendoor when selling your property. Overall, it was a very positive experience.”

“Opendoor made a stressful experience of selling my home absolutely stressLESS !! Opendoor took away all the worry, the hassle of showing my home, all the worry about fixing things, staging the home, leaving for showings, all the figuring out dates and closing and what will I do once I close, how do I set up closing… they truly simplified selling your home. No showings a zoom call to view your home, an offer you electronically sign, a closing date set BY YOU, 24/7/365 internet notarized closing, and I even got a 7 day late check out after closing!! All of this took place on my timeframe from the comfort of my home which in the days of COVID-19 this is important for health safety!! Don’t believe the haters… Opendoor’s offer was higher than any local realtor wanted to sell my house for and the Opendoor fees are on par with local realty too … in fact the Opendoor repair fee was much less than the local contractor!! Opendoor IS the ONLY stress free way to sell your home !!”

“Opendoor was great. We decided to move back to NY to be closer to family and from start to finish we were done in less than 30 days. Having 3 dogs would have made it difficult to show our home so opendoor was the way to go. The team was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. The fact that we could stay in our home even after we closed made the transition even easier back to NY. Thanks so much. Amy & sally”
