“Process was well described in advance and was completed With only minor interruptions with respect to title search communications. Overall very acceptable way to sell my home.”

“From the offer through the entire process it was very professional and friendly. I was very pleased with how efficiently Opendoor handled the process of getting pictures for how the home looked and when I had completed my moved out. The closing was very timely and the transfer of funds to my account was done without any delays. Thank you Opendoor for a very pleasant experience for the selling my home.”

“I wanted to sell my house in Indiana quickly. I needed to finally move permanently to my condo in Arizona for health reasons. I did not want the inconvenience of people traipsing through my house while I was packing up my belongings. Open door was the way to go! I cannot tell you how easy they made it. Everyone that I worked with was so friendly and helpful. In a matter of a few weeks I am exactly where I want to be. Thank you Opendoor.”

“I was forced to sell my house by the Probate Court. I had never sold a home before and was clueless where to begin and who could I trust. Several realtors had tried to low-ball me by offering less than market value. A friend referred me to Opendoor. I had seen their commercials and thought they couldn't help me. I contacted them anyway and it turned out to be the best decision ever!!. They offered me fair-market value for my home and handled every aspect of the sale and the entire process was completed in within two weeks due to unforseen delays. I would totally recommend Opendoor to anyone looking to sell their home. I cannot thank you enough... Thank you Opendoor!!!”

“Overall, the experience was very good. Once I decided to sell, contacts with my experience partner were simple and she was quickly responsive to my questions. The only additional information I would have liked was an itemized list of repairs and what I was being charged for each of them.”

“As a seller my experience with open door was very good. The scheduled video walk through was a easy process. Once I accepted their final offer, everything went smoothly including the changing of my closing date. All documentation was handled electronically including the notary process. A day after the sale of my condo closed, the proceeds were deposited into my bank a account. For me it was the easiest house sale I had experienced.”
