“We had a very smooth and quick experience with opendoor. We felt like the communication was great and very easy. We have a family and multiple businesses so the process was very ideal. The process was contact-free which is fast and so healthy during the pandemic. We are most pleased about the 1 week to stay to help guide our move to our new house much more easily.”

“Wonderful process from start to finish.....We were skeptical at first but with the great staff the that kept us in the loop all the way. We were given a great price and our monies were deposited the same day. We were allowed to pick and change our close date. Thank you Opendoor for the entire process”

“Opendoor provided an amazing experience! It was a very smooth seamless process that exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. They offered a very fair and competitive offer, provided an upfront assessment of closing costs and net proceeds, and was there to answer any questions along the way. I was able to choose a closing date that was comfortable for me without any pressure. The entire process was physically contactless which I really appreciated during these troubling times; however, I never felt alone during any stage of the process. Opendoor has definitely found a better solution for buying/selling properties verses the traditional method! I recommend Opendoor to ANYONE in the market to buy/sell! You won't be disappointed 🤗! Thanks”

“Selling a home can be very stressful but selling your home with open door eased every bit of my anxiety!!! It was fast, easy, and I got the most money for my home, I couldn’t be more happier!!! I would recommend anyone to sell their hone with open door!!”

“Selling our home using Opendoor was very easy. We responded to their email. Talked to the Opendoor rep David Nunez. Scheduled a 20 minute long walk through later that same day, using my phone and walking around each room and the outside. That was Monday. First thing Wednesday, someone walked around the exterior and did an on site inspection. Never even saw the person. About six hours later, we received our offer which was very fair. Set closing, which we did remotely. Received our funds as promised when expected. This was my seventh real estate transaction in my life. It was by far, the most hassle free. I would use them again without question.”

“Best real estate transaction ever! No agents, no listings, no staging, no showings. Sale was done completely online. My Opendoor coordinator was quick to respond to every question I had and the Title Company coordinator and online notary/closing went perfectly. I would highly recommend the Opendoor process over the traditional home-selling circus.”

“I was so nervous. The team was great and help me feel confident and comfortable with the process. I know we could have probably received a little more for the house, but it was a fair offer and we had tons of equity. We were very pleased. Also time is money and it was a fast process. We closed within three weeks. The only hard part was leaving our first house that made so many memories after about 14 years - and the moving of course🤣.”

“Opendoor allowed us to sell our home on our own timetable at a fair market price. We didn’t have to contend with showings, other people’s schedules or any of the other inconveniences that often occur during the selling process. Our team leaders were responsive to our questions and provided support when needed. Their customer service was great. All financial transactions were made exactly how we were told they would be. . We were very satisfied and would use them again.”

“Kimberly and her team have been amazing to work with. I’m quite neurotic when it comes to things like this but Kimberly was super helpful and provided assurances whenever I need them. I can’t imagine ever selling our houses and other way. Hopefully WAY in the future.”
