“I first knew about Opendoor buying property from an online ad showing a bike rider's story of him sold his house to Opendoor, at price above his expectation, so he can spend more time to enjoy riding. That was some impressive story but hard to believe! When its my turn to sell my condo, I was willing to give it a try and contacted Opendoor. The whole process, from 1st phone call to closing, took about 5 weeks at price near the higher end of my expectation. I would recommend Opendoor to my friends for a trouble and worry free transaction.”

“Where to begin? The whole experience was excellent. From the moment I requested my offer, to the time of closing, it was smooth sailing. Virtual walk through of my home was very convenient versus an in person walk through. The offer I received after the walk through was even higher than what the initial estimate offer was. Closing with a notary online was also so convenient. I didn't have to miss work to go to a title company to get it done. In times like these, having these convenient options is great! Also, the offer I received was more than what a realtor had suggested I listed my home for. Choosing my closure date was the cherry on top for us, the closing of the sale of my home was 100xs easier than the closing of the purchase of my new home. That should say it all.”

“Our selling experience was trouble free. It was great not having to spend time and energy showing the house. Uploading photos and information to the online system through the app was super easy, and our "Experience Partner" responded quickly to our questions by text.”

“Opendoor bought my daughter’s home several years ago and she highly recommended them. When it was time to sell my mom’s home I got three offers. Opendoor gave us the best price and was super easy to work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home.”

“I heard through a friend that Opendoor was a great way to sell your home. I asked for a quote online and did a virtual tour. A day later we received a great quote for our house. We signed the offer, picked a date for closing and started looking for a new home. It was very simple and at closing we received our money. Thank you Paul and the OpenDoor team.”
