“Open Door was awesome. It was a seamless process from start to finish. I have sold 3 houses and the Open Door was by far the Best. They offered a fair price with great customer service. No listing no haggling .true professional team.”

“Opendoor is a game changer! I can't recommend it enough! We were not looking forward to the traditional listing process: the work and inconvenience of showings and potential for contingencies delaying our move. I kept thinking there has to be a better way. A friend told me about Opendoor over lunch, and I had the first offer in minutes, the final offer within days and closed in the month. Closing date was our requested timing. Plus we got to rent our house for a week after close (a promotion free for a week) which made our move so much easier. Excellent customer service from our Opendoor representative too. If you're happy with your offer, this IS the way to sell your house.”

“Honestly it was amazing! I worked with Jenna and let me tell you, she was AMAZING I mean the best person to speak to and help you with everything! She walked me through the steps, offers, deals, suggestions I mean everything! She stayed up late with us, looked at offers and information on properties we were interested in, alway went out of her way day in and day out! Stayed up and would keep on contact all day long! Always called or texted me and kept me up to date with new houses! She did it all for us and helped us find out new home the family and let me tell you, it's amaizng! I couldn't recommend anybody else but her! She will help you with anything you need, any questions, any issues! We cannot wait to find another house and only work with her and always bring out business to open door! From family and friends! We are behind grateful and happy she did this for us and made sure we were happy with what we needed, Jenna thank thank for helping out family! And thank you for listing our house for sale with open door! The customer service was to die for! Won't recommend anybody but Jenna and Open door!!!”

“My experience with Opendoor was very positive. My experience advisor was awesome! He walked us through the process completely and so there were no surprises. The digital walkthrough was very convenient and flexible with scheduling available within hours of signing up, and half hours slots available every half hour. An appointment for the exterior walkthrough was scheduled immediately after the virtual walkthrough. A final offer was presented within hours of the exterior walkthrough. The offer was very competitive and since Opendoor was the actual buyer it basically eliminated showings, continued upkeep and everything associated with dealing with conventional realtors. Opendoor’s portal was easily to use, up to date status and shows me where I was in the process every step of the way. We were able to close with 2 weeks!!! I’m simply blown away and will definitely promote Opendoor to everyone I know. They took the stress out of an already stressful situation. It was great doing business with them.”

“If you want to sell your house Opendoor is the way to go. My experience with them was smooth to the point & precise. My assistant Melissa Barlow was wonderful, understandable & if I had any questions she answered them right away. My experience with the lawyers office was quick & on time. Go Opendoor you won’t regret it!”

“We decided to purchase a home in northern Arizona but needed to sell our home in San Tan Valley first. However, with COVID and everything going on I didn’t really want random unvaccinated people in and out of my house for showings. Checked into Opendoor and it was the best experience ever! We originally planned to stay at our house and refinance it and so it was appraised and the appraisal was about what we were hoping for. When we decided to sell and contacted Opendoor their final offer came back $75,500 more than what our house had appraised for two months earlier. No brainer - of course we sold to Opendoor. In addition to the great offer we received, the whole process was so easy and stress free. We bought our new home the old fashion way and boy did it make me appreciate even more that I sold my house through Opendoor. Would definitely go this route again and would highly recommend.”

“Was skeptical at first but the reviews encouraged me to start the process. I initially was curious enough to see what they would offer figuring they would low ball the offer. I basically wanted a starting point to gauge what I would list my house for. But I was wrong they actually offered me a very competitive offer(estimate). This actually made me seriously interested but figured there would be a catch. Also found out a friend of mine had just gone through the process with open door and said everything went exactly as they said. I continued the process which could not have been any simpler. After the video walk through and someone coming by to see the outside and take pictures I received my official offer. I ended up getting about what I would have wanted had I fixed up house and went through the typical selling process with realtor and showing the house. It saved me a lot of extra work using open door. I actually set a closing date a month later but moving out took more time than anticipated. Open door extended me a another at no charge. I actually closed on original closing date and they allowed me another week to get completely moved out. They came to you to close wherever you wanted and was quick simple and exactly as advertised. I could not have asked for things to go any better. They were quite easy to communicate with and experience overall was great. I would highly recommend Open Door!”

“Selling a home is a daunting task. Open door takes out all the issues. No repairs, no showings, quick close. Everything as promised. My coordinator and title folks were wonderful. I see this as the wave of the future”
