“We decided to purchase a home in northern Arizona but needed to sell our home in San Tan Valley first. However, with COVID and everything going on I didn’t really want random unvaccinated people in and out of my house for showings. Checked into Opendoor and it was the best experience ever! We originally planned to stay at our house and refinance it and so it was appraised and the appraisal was about what we were hoping for. When we decided to sell and contacted Opendoor their final offer came back $75,500 more than what our house had appraised for two months earlier. No brainer - of course we sold to Opendoor. In addition to the great offer we received, the whole process was so easy and stress free. We bought our new home the old fashion way and boy did it make me appreciate even more that I sold my house through Opendoor. Would definitely go this route again and would highly recommend.”

“Was skeptical at first but the reviews encouraged me to start the process. I initially was curious enough to see what they would offer figuring they would low ball the offer. I basically wanted a starting point to gauge what I would list my house for. But I was wrong they actually offered me a very competitive offer(estimate). This actually made me seriously interested but figured there would be a catch. Also found out a friend of mine had just gone through the process with open door and said everything went exactly as they said. I continued the process which could not have been any simpler. After the video walk through and someone coming by to see the outside and take pictures I received my official offer. I ended up getting about what I would have wanted had I fixed up house and went through the typical selling process with realtor and showing the house. It saved me a lot of extra work using open door. I actually set a closing date a month later but moving out took more time than anticipated. Open door extended me a another at no charge. I actually closed on original closing date and they allowed me another week to get completely moved out. They came to you to close wherever you wanted and was quick simple and exactly as advertised. I could not have asked for things to go any better. They were quite easy to communicate with and experience overall was great. I would highly recommend Open Door!”

“Selling a home is a daunting task. Open door takes out all the issues. No repairs, no showings, quick close. Everything as promised. My coordinator and title folks were wonderful. I see this as the wave of the future”

“With Covid-19 going on it was a much easier way to sell without having to do repairs, staging or showings. They made it pretty simple and stress free. We have already recommended Opendoor to a couple of friends.”

“Easy process. We overdid in the clean-up department, made it move-in ready. This is verified by the fact that it was back on the market in a week. During the initial video process we tried to show all the upgrades. They didn’t seem to make a difference in the offer which actually dropped by $100. Also, the repair charge seemed high. The digital checkout was very simple.”

“Man where do I began? Opendoor was a dream come true! Excellent customer service, excellent follow ups, no hassles whatsoever. Close you when you want and you can get a late check out and lease back. Closed on time and was paid on time no issues at all. I’ll definitely be using their services again!”

“Simple process with virtual or recorded showing, a scheduled walk-around for the exterior, and a generous offer on my home within a week. I set the closing date and could change if I needed more time or could make the move sooner. Brady Schmitt with Opendoor was patient, flexible, and very knowledgeable making the experience even better. From start to the wire transfer, the entire experience was via phone, text, or email and not a single face to face meeting. I watched as many of my neighbors and acquaintances prepared their homes for the market, had open house events, scheduled showings, with a longer process, lower offers and some buyers cancelling the contract for whatever reason. I will definitely use Opendoor on my next home sale and highly recommend Opendoor to anyone selling their home. You have nothing to lose by allowing Opendoor to make an offer.”
