“I'm a real estate agent that has been working in the Portland, OR metro area for six years and have worked extensively with iBuyer Home Partners of America so I understand institutional buying in a predominately private marketplace. I recently sold one of my seller client's home to Opendoor and I'm impressed by Opendoor's process and integrity from beginning to end. If you are considering selling to an iBuyer, Opendoor is one you should try first. Their service is not a bait and switch and not an under-arm pitch to get your business. Other big companies (you probably already know) are getting into the business, but it seems Opendoor is the only one meaning to stay in it.”

“Opendoor makes the whole selling/moving process very easy. They offered us a great price on our house and we were able to choose our closing date. We didn’t have to do any showings and negotiations. Would highly recommend Opendoor!”

“My experience was amazing! Anthony King took care of us like family. We were able to change our close date several times because our new houses were falling through due to poor inspection reports. We got top dollar for our house and could not have been happier!”

“Open door was the most seamless way I could imagine selling a house. They emailed me an offer I accepted and it was exactly what they said it would be. Not a single hidden fee or a single complication the entire way. We did one 15 minute video showing of our house and didnt have to deal with finding a realtor or trying to keep a house clean for showings with 3 small babies. They also even allowed us to rent back after the close date to make moving and purchasing our new house even easier I could not recommend them highly enough.”

“Best ever home selling experience. The traditional realtor method is going to become obsolete with the services offered with Opendoor and we will certainly never sell through a realtor again. “From the initial assessment and offer, through the escrow process and final closing, the whole Opendoor experience was stress-free and transparent. The title company representative and Opendoor point of contact were professional and responsive from start to finish, so there was never any uncertainty about the timeline that we established (i.e., we chose the closing date). The Opendoor model is to home sales what CarMax and Carvana are to auto sales. Opendoor is the future.”

“I was skeptical that anyone offering this type of service. I can't tell you what a pleasure it has been to deal with Open Door. Especially people like Lisa Evan and OS Title company. I was kept informed with important and timely information with absolutely no rush or pressure at any time. I will never sell a home the old way again I made even more than we expected.
