“I was in the market to sell my bigger Condo to move into a smaller home, as my children left the house , and I didn’t need the square footage I had in the Condo anymore. I reached out to Opendoor to get an estimate/quote on my property, and was not too serious about even using them, as I have bought, and sold five different homes, in the last 13 years, and therefore knew exactly what it entails to by a house with an all cash offer, and the easy closing process that comes with it. Also, knew about renting homes out, and then selling them as well, with the same realtor I had for all those years. Unfortunately, my realtor passed away last year, and I knew that either I choose a new realtor, or take the chance to have Opendoor help me with the sale of this Condo sale. After receiving my initial offer within just a short time frame after the zoom conference , and walk through with my iPhone in my hands to present my Condo, did I feel positive enough to accept the offer they gave me. Then I got contacted by my two closing agents, that helped me through the next few easy steps, and made sure we have everything taken care of, before the closing date. The agents were awesome!!! They were there day and/or night, whenever I had a question, or sthg needed to be submitted or taken care of. Then I received the lockbox via mail delivery for my keys , when I was ready to move out . I was able to stay an extra week after closing, as my new house wasn’t ready for me to move in upon closing of the Condo/Sale. The closing was as easy as can be too ! Friendly, and professionally done, and no long wait at an office or anything . Everything was done online , again via my IPhone . The money was in the bank within two hours after closing, which I thought was awesome , and unexpected, as I thought it surely would take a little longer for the bank to process . But nope, the money was wired to my bank. I stayed for the remaining days, And cleaned up, And only had to take pictures of the home as instructed before leaving the condo , locking up the doors, and leaving the keys in the lockbox, before driving to my new home😊👍 If all this is not easy , I don’t know what is easier, when selling a home :) I have in the meantime told a lot of people how great of an experience this has been, even during military meetings, as I live close to a military installation. For us in the military it is sometimes hard to sell homes as quickly as we get our orders to move to the next duty station. So, i have brought up my experience with Opendoor during meetings , as it truly can not get any better for anyone to sell their home to them. I am thankful for the great people I got to work with, and for the awesome experience . I will definitely buy or sell with them in the future without any hesitation, and full trust, if I am in the real estate market again.”

“I am very satisfied with the whole selling process with OpenDoor. Although I was bit apprehensive initially about the offer and process, the OpenDoor buying agent put me at ease. I had one person to contact from OpenDoor throughout the process and whole process went smoothly. We closed on time as per the contract. Funding was completed next day. I did have to do some follow ups with Title company to ensure the closing dates but other than that it was hassle free. I strongly recommend OpenDoor. Their pricing and fees are at par with competition. I did not have to wait for traditional buyer and mortgage approval and closing process.”

“Tour guides Jason and previously Jenny were professional, and very responsive to our needs. We were able to tour first with video tours and then in person. Domonic, our buyer agent was also very professional and very responsive to our needs. Robert Shouse Open Door Mortgage Broker was also very professional and very responsive to our needs. “Opendoor's acquisition of our home was wonderful. Zero inept Realtors and unqualified buyers exist in this process. Simply walk around your home and present the rooms, the good and the issues that may or may not exist, two days later an exterior drive by occurs and a day later you get an offer! Now, the best part! 90 day close and rent your home back for an additional 3 weeks! That's awesome, clean the house, take pics and leave your keys in a lockbox and remotes in the kitchen and leave! Finally the closing, piece of cake, money is in the bank within the day or so. I would stick with the sell side only at Opendoor, as the Buyside uses third party realty and or third party lenders for a new purchase, for us, the third party vendors were really unprepared, unprofessional and an utter waste of our time. But if you want an honest review, the sell side of Opendoor is simply fantastic!”

“If you want the easiest selling experience possible then Opendoor is for you. We just sold our home to Opendoor and couldn’t be happier. There are dealings with realtors, no staging or showing your home an no repairs to get the home ready. Getting an offer from Opendoor is simple and thoroughly explained. You do a video walk through of your home and Opendoor has someone inspect the exterior at your convenience. Then you get your offer, which if you follow your local real estate market, you will see it is quite fair. Then you can ask as many questions as needed before signing the purchase contract. There are no hidden terms, no surprises, no gotchas. You have an experience partner who is there to answer any questions about the process. Mine was Terrance and he was fantastic. You get to pick the closing date and you can even stay on after that date if needed to finish moving through the late checkout program. One week is free. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with using Opendoor.”

“We were in a position where we had to sell our home. We met with local Real Estate Agents and later met with Opendoor to see how they compared. Opendoors offer was right in line with what local agents felt. We chose Opendoor to take out all the unknowns, negotiations, showings that we’d need to work around and being able to close and move on our timeframe. Everything was exactly as promised and Brittney who walked us through the process was an All-Star the entire time. I see myself only using Opendoor in the future because it was such an amazing, simple and hassle free experience.”
