“Andrew Hamilton did the video walkthrough with me. Very knowledgeable. Photographer came out next day on a Saturday. Very friendly and answered further questions my husband asked. Very smooth and easy process. Had offer in days.”

“Our Opendoor experience was great! From the beginning to the end Lexx Longoria was available and explained the process to us. There were no surprises, just doing our part and packing up. A few times issues came up (no fault of Opendoor) because of the title company, but Lexx stepped in and took care of all of it quickly. I cannot say enough about Opendoor and Lexx Longoria's customer service. You can sell with Opendoor with confidence.”

“Recently bought open door house. They took their lock and stuck what ever lock they had on the door.I was told to get my own lock to match or cover the door paint on a $424000 house.”

“The entire process of selling our home was so painless. It was such a benefit to pick our closing date a few months out while our new home was being built. Even though there was a minor hiccup with a hurricane that came through at closing time, we were still pleased with how things were handled in the aftermath. Brit and LaKisha were phenomenal! I can’t say enough about their customer service. They were so thorough, very communicative, and made sure any questions we had were answered fully and promptly.”

“Stay away from Open Door, They will Screw you in a Second, They Suck and care about Open Door only. It was such a Done Deal the Lock Box was sent to me and they said No since the market crashed, Do not trust anyone there, Especially Julio Fernandez, He does not know what he is doing, He cost me $25k Dollars, Stay away from Open Door”

“Opendoor was a real life saver for us . My husband received an unexpected promotion that came with a move across the country. “Their offer was insulting. My house has no issues yet they offered me $183k after fees and repairs. Oh I forgot to mention... My house would appraise for over $300k. If you can sell the traditional way or list on Zillow. Don't sell yourself short.”

“I had my doubts but Opendoor really was easy - easier than even a traditional real estate sales transaction. As a real estate agent myself, I can tell you with confidence their fees were not much more than a traditional real estate transaction. I appreciated that with Opendoor we didn't have the hassle of having strangers walking through our house, one-hour notices to show our property, or the shenanigans that buyers agents play when they come back after an inspection or appraisal asking you to lower your price or make concessions. All that was avoided by going with Opendoor. They are open and upfront with their offer, fees, and repair costs. There are no surprises with them. Once you sign the contract, they live up to it. They didn't offer amendment after endless amendment like what can happen with a traditional real estate listing. I can't say enough good things about how easy it was to work with Opendoor.”

“This was a new experience for me. Both selling a home and using a service like opendoor. I did not have to wait around for them to sell my home. With there resources they were able in a short amount of time to aquire my Home freeing me up to get on with the next phase of my life. Thanks Open door.”

“There is NO WAY possible Opendoor can have this good of a rating (4.5 out of 5.0) when they just "settled" a case with the FTC for $62million ! Defrauding people appears to be standard practice for this company. 86% of reviewers recommended Opendoor?!? No. Way.”
