“Thanks Opendoor for everything you did to make my home buying transparent and with less stress. We toured many homes with Opendoor and used Opendoor realtor service with no pressure, that is gold in this crazy market. I used Opendoor cash offer so that my offer stands out from others and be more attractive for the seller to accept it, this like cash buying and you buy back from Opendoor. This is a golden service in this market. Opendoor is changing home buying experience. So far so good for us. Thank you!!!!”

“Very fair offer, we were offered more than the same floor plan across the street sold for. All costs and fees were disclosed upfront including repair and cleaning fees. No Showings. Flexible closing date. Easy online closing.”

“Starting with the offer through closing everything exceeded my expectations. I had to extend my closing twice and I never felt rushed. Whenever I had a question it was answered promptly. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Opendoor again.”

“In January one of my sisters was diagnosed with Terminal Lung Cancer and in February another Sister was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer, we needed to sale our home so I reached out to Opendoor. It was a wonderful, stress free process from the beginning to the end. My contact Customer Service Representative was always there for me and answered all of my questions. I am so thankful I made the call.”

“With Opendoor we were able to sell our home without disrupting our lives. We have a dog, 4 cats and a son who works the night shift making it hard for showings. Everything was done over the phone and computer. The whole process was super easy and if there were questions, someone got back to us right away. Opendoor was very flexible with our closing as we decided to build a new home instead of buying an existing one. Without this flexibility, we wouldn't have been able to purchase our new home. I recommend using Opendoor without hesitation and will definitely look at using them again if or when the time comes to move again...hopefully not for a long time though!”

“I would highly recommend selling your home to Opendoor if you’re looking for an easy and turnkey approach to selling. The process and steps described during my initial meeting was exactly what took place during my transaction. The online dashboard was super convenient for seeing upcoming steps and planning ahead. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it all went. I do believe I may have been able to handle some of the repairs to the home on my own and for a reduced cost, but the ease of letting them handle it and just the saved time and stress on my end was worth the cost.”

“Great experience after a very rough last couple of years… Opendoor’s offer for my home was extremely fair considering I wouldn’t have to worry about repairs and wondering if the deal was going to fall through in the middle of escrow. Terrance Wright was amazing in helping me through the process. Maybe I could have received a bit more from f I’d put it on the market, but I’m positive it wouldn’t have been worth it”

“Opendoor was the best possible choice we could have ever made. We had looked at one or two other similar sites, but in doing our research every result in our search kept telling us that Opendoor was the best, and we have to say that we were NOT disappointed. They have made the process as smooth and seamless as you could imagine. Their offer was more than competitive to some others we looked at, and the ease with which the whole process proceeded has convinced us that if we EVER decide to sell again, we would definitely be looking to use them again. Opendoor and the partners they work with on the various aspects of the process were all professional and timely and VERY helpful as we hat LOTS of questions because we had never gone through anything like this before. If you choose to use them, you won't be disappointed either.”
