“Great experience after a very rough last couple of years… Opendoor’s offer for my home was extremely fair considering I wouldn’t have to worry about repairs and wondering if the deal was going to fall through in the middle of escrow. Terrance Wright was amazing in helping me through the process. Maybe I could have received a bit more from f I’d put it on the market, but I’m positive it wouldn’t have been worth it”

“Opendoor was the best possible choice we could have ever made. We had looked at one or two other similar sites, but in doing our research every result in our search kept telling us that Opendoor was the best, and we have to say that we were NOT disappointed. They have made the process as smooth and seamless as you could imagine. Their offer was more than competitive to some others we looked at, and the ease with which the whole process proceeded has convinced us that if we EVER decide to sell again, we would definitely be looking to use them again. Opendoor and the partners they work with on the various aspects of the process were all professional and timely and VERY helpful as we hat LOTS of questions because we had never gone through anything like this before. If you choose to use them, you won't be disappointed either.”

“We were given an offer for our house within 24 hours. The offer was good and we were able to close in a reasonable amount of time. I have to say that Erik was very helpful in closing the deal. Thanks Opendoor!”

“The entire process from start to finish was rather quick and stress free. Being able to sell my house without having to put it on the market and prep/show it was very convenient. The team at Opendoor worked very quickly and diligently to streamline an otherwise lengthy and tedious process. Opendoor was the perfect solution for my needs considering I needed to sell quickly with as little hassle as possible.”

“My wife and I needed sale our fast without the hassle or back and forth with buyers. We received a fair and final offer on our home within 3 days! This was very helpful because of the home we wanted already had a few offers and we needed to place our offer. Being able show our home is under contract and a fair offer on our new home we got our dream home. I cannot say enough about the hassle free process offered by opendoor. All advisors were always on demand and consistently updating on the process of the sell. Thank you Opendoor!”

“I was skeptical to try a service like Opendoor. I first talked to realtor and was not very happy with the proposal to sell my house. I got a card from Opendoor in the mail that day. I thought why not see what they have. So I got online. Filled out the form. In a few minutes I had an offer above the realtor. So I accepted. Did a walk though video with Cole Conway. Next day I had a solid cash offer. $30,000 more than the realtor was saying, and more than the original offer. I accepted the offer. Set up a closing date. Heard rumors they would lower the offer. The closer it got to closing. Never happened. Everything went smoothly. Plus closed on my other house, and still have several days before I have to be out of my old house. It was a perfect match for me. I highly recommend Opendoor and Cole Conway to sell your home as well. I’d give them a 10 if I could!!”

“We are only speaking from our personal experiences with Opendoor on the sell side and it was phenomenal. We were offered above what we were hoping to get vs. listing with a realtor. Their 5% commission fee is reasonable and the idea of not having to stage our condo, dealing with flaky buyers along with their demands during inspection sold us immediately to go with Opendoor. From the beginning to when we closed, it was such a simple and streamlined process. Truly, the entire process exceeded our expectations. Where do you get to close in 2 weeks (we get to pick our closing date), with the funds available to you the next morning after closing. Plus, you don't have to do anything except for a virtual tour and taking photos after you moved out. AMAZING!!! We HIGHLY recommend Opendoor! The staff, and especially our sweet Experience Partner, Janelle Lagmay were with us every step of the way, answering questions and guiding us through the process. We truly believe that this is a new way of selling a home now and beyond. Thank you Opendoor!”

“Everything went as promised. I avoided the hassle of listing the house and got more than I thought I would. Closing was a week earlier than originally promised because I was able to move more quickly and turn the keys over early. I’m very satisfied.”
