“I had a stellar experience with Opendoor. We established a timeline for a closing date and a step-by-step list of tasks were provided to ensure that the closing date could be obtained with no stressful showings or the like. I didn't have any problems connecting with the Opendoor experience partner during the entire process. All my correspondence was answered timely with no problems all the way to the agreed upon closing date, which was perfect. Thank you Opendoor Team for a very stress free closing.”

“We were building a new home during Covid times when there was no way to know when it would be finished. Opendoor worked with us giving us time to complete the new home without the stress of selling our home traditionally. The Opendoor offer was fair and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. We would use them again.”

“Opendoor's team of professionals are truly exceptional. They have taken the stress out of selling and buying a home. Their employees have covered everything for me and made it as simple as adding my signature. The only thing I had to do is arrange for movers. “I loved my experience with Opendoor! My first contact person was Jessyka. She helped me with the video call and walk through of my house. She answered ALL my questions and let me know what to expect, if I agreed to the quote they gave me. (I felt like the quote was very fair and what I was hoping the offer would be.) Throughout the entire experience, Jessyka continued to be there for me, to help with questions I had. She was there to help me all the way to closing day! She explained that Lindsay Wessel from OSNATIONAL would walk me through the next part of the sale. Lindsay went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed to find for the title co. It was my first time to sale a house, so I had a lot of questions! Lindsay was so patient and understanding to our circumstances with needing to sale our house. She was available to me day and night! She helped to make the entire process go so smoothly! I couldn’t believe how Opendoor made our sale happen in such a short time. I was able to pick the closing date, and with Lindsay’s help and guidance, we closed on the date I selected. I wound definitely use Opendoor again, and recommend them to my family and friends! It was such a blessing to have them help with the sale of our precious family home. Sincerely, Sharon Kiolbassa”

“Opendoor’s offer was on par with what we would have received in working with a conventional Realtor. And it was far simpler to work with Opendoor without the hassle of staging and open-houses and contingent offers. After we conducted a video walkthrough via Zoom, an “exterior assessment” was performed and our final offer arrived online. We accepted and choose a closing date that worked well for us. Every Opendoor’s Experience Partner was helpful, knowledgeable and personable. And Opendoor’s partner title company, OSNational, was equally easy to work with. The entire process was easy and stress free. I’m grateful to Opendoor and could not recommend them more highly for selling your home.”

“I found the process to be relatively painless. There were a couple of hiccups, but almost every real estate deal has hiccups lol. The staff was very pleasant and professional to deal with, and I loved having the ability to have flexibility on a move out/close date.”
