“I cannot express how happy I am to have chosen Opendoor to sell my house. I was a bit apprehensive about reaching out to iBuyer companies thinking that their offers would be very low…that was to be the case with a couple other companies who didn’t even bother to do a walkthrough of the home during the appraisal process. Chris at Opendoor was completely different from the beginning; courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the whole selling process. The value of my home increased after the virtual tour to where we felt we had a very fair offer for our home. Due to a relocation and my wife working graveyard hours we could not afford to go through the typical model of listing and showing our home. Needless to say, Chris and Opendoor made the entire process so smooth and worry free including allowing us to rent the home after we’d sold it. In the end what we thought was going to be the hardest part of our relocation plans ended up being the easiest. Absolutely impressed with the whole process including their online process. Great Job!”

“Opendoor made this whole process as easy as it could possibly have been and also gave me great discounts and credits towards closing! I could not have asked for an easier buying or selling experience. We got a pretty decent offer for our house and didn’t have to do any of the typical painting and updates you may have to do when selling. I don’t know how we would have done a sale and purchase so easily in this market.”

“Overall our experience was great. The offer was very fair, only slightly less than what a realtor had quoted us that he would sell the property for... AND we didn't have to make any of the required fixes which would have cost us not only money but time. For our family with not much time it was a great fit and the entire process was very streamlined and easy. We had previously sold a home to Zillow and working with Opendoor was a MUCH better experience. I would totally consider doing this again.”

“Our experience with Opendoor was exactly what we needed at the time; we were able to sign a contract and get into Phase 2 of the home we wanted within days and they were very patient with all the delays from Beazer Homes (originally scheduled to move into new residence 15 DEC and it is now 9 JAN 2022; still not into new house). We are very happy throughout the experience!”
