“I could not have been happier with OpenDoor. Customer service was very helpful and took what has always been a very stressful event, into a seamless experience where was able to move at my pace with out being rushed …in the end I was very pleased that I could buy back an extra week for free and it was very helpful due to last minute changes in my travel”

“We were very impressed with the team of Brandon Toles and Patricia Bell. The whole experience was more than we imagined. We wanted a hands-off, no-showing sale of our home and Opendoor gave us that exactly. We were impressed with the team and how they worked with us. Their professionalism was above reproach. “Opendoor made this process so easy and convenient. Ms Lakesha and Ms. Cynthia were awesome. If you had any questions they answer all calls anytime they are working. Most importantly they returned your calls every time and we’re funny and polite. I will definitely work with them again. Thank you ladies of opendoor!!!!”

“We began as skeptics and ended up selling to OpenDoor. Their offer was competitive, not insulting. The amount sought for repairs was regrettable but also fair. Obtaining a final offer allowed us to effectively search for a new home while knowing the equity math. The online tools were intuitive. Staff responded promptly through a variety of means (email, text, calls). We do not plan to sell a home anytime in the near future, but would not hesitate to consider Opendoor's services.”

“We had decided to semi retire and move out of state, we also decided we didn't want to sell the conventional way through a realtor. So, we tried Opendoor. They gave a very fair price and we accepted. We set our closing for 2 months later which gave us time to move at our own pace. We finished in the day of closing. We then dropped the keys it the box, closed and off we went. The next day we received the funds and that was that.”

“The best experience and the best customer service. I requested two extensions and you guys were there for my needs. My money was deposited into my Acc immediately. the closing processes painless. No issues. Thank you very much.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Opendoor! The process was so easy and it was smooth from start to finish. The best part is not having to have strangers coming and going in your house during the sales process. Opendoor offers are very competitive and honestly about the same as we would have made putting it on the open market. We have bought and sold 6 houses in our life, Opendoor was by far the very best real estate experience we have ever had. Our customer experience manager, Tye Jacobs was awesome, always responsive and kept with us throughout the entire process. Our escrow officer, Danielle Stonkus, was fantastic as well. All and all Opendoor is an amazing organization to work with and we highly recommend them!”

“A great experience. From the initial inquiry, we were not hounded or pressured to make a decision. No annoying spam calls or emails. Bria was our contact and was very willing to assist and answer all the questions we had. She was great and a pleasure to work with! We loved the fact that there was no stress with this process. Everything was done virtually - no people coming in and out, making appointments, etc. We were able to pick our closing date. When we needed to adjust it, there was no issue and it was an easy request. We were able to remain in our home for a week after closing to give us time to move everything out with no cost to us. This was super helpful! A great experience for us.”

“This was my 1st home selling experience. Our agent Kylie was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. If I had any questions, Kylie or another agent was readily available to answer them. Opendoor came in with a great price right away and they bought the house. Not having to wait for a buyer was a huge plus and they let me set the closing date that was convenient for me. I even had to change the date and that was also hassle-free. The nicest thing was the whole process was virtual, no need to wait for this person or that person, all done at my convenience. I would definitely use Opendoor again.”

“I have a very pleasure experience with Opendoor for selling my parent’s townhouse. Quintin Depner is a very nice person with knowledge and efficiency, he keeps up with me on the process. And the Escrow Officer Cathy Edley is excellent, because my case is kind of complicated, she tried hard to help me go through the whole process patiently. The staffs in the office also very cooperated and communicated with each other very well. I’m very appreciate for all of them helping me finish the selling process. That’s a very good experience. Opendoor is a good source for selling or buying a house because the staffs are excellent.”

“It was a no-hassle sale to Opendoor. Their offer was good and the entire experience was excellent. Everything was done remotely as per their digital close-out procedures once I accepted their offer. I picked the closing date so everything went according to my schedule. I was hesitant in the beginning but I'm glad I went with Opendoor. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone looking to sell their home.”

“We were looking to put our rental on the market and I reached out to Opendoor to see what they might offer. I was a little surprised with what they came back with, in a good way! I went ahead and did the Video walk through and they came back with a final offer that I could not refuse. I thought they would ask much more for the repair concession because I had already done a mental calculation of what it would cost me to do the necessary repairs myself. After I accepted the offer the Opendoor team walked me through every step of the way. It was the easiest sale that I have been involved with. I will definitely use Opendoor again for my next sale.
