“I was very impressed with the whole experience. It was nice to have the option to close on the house a couple of days before the close on our new home, and then have the option to remain in the old house for 7 days while we moved out. The process to recieve a price on the old house was simple and I have very pleased with the price they provided. The closing process was simple and the funds were available for the closing on the new house, within 24 hours. Finally the move out process was simple. I was able to finish the process from my phone. I received confirmation within an hour that the move out process was accepted and we were done. Every person I spoke with was professional, polite and very good at communicating. The customer service is unlike anything I have received of late. They are "Top Notch". I cannot imagine going back to the "old" way of getting an agent, scheduling showings or open houses and negotiating with the buyer. THIS PROCESS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!!”

“Having grown up in the Army, I have moved more times than I can count. The Opendoor process was absolutely amazing. It takes a whole lot of the stress out. It's fast and everyone I dealt with was super nice and helpful. I recommend it to anyone wanting to sell their house.”

“It seems too easy and too good to be true at times because it is so different than traditional home selling. Our home needed some repairs but we just wanted to move on from the home. We expected to get a really low offer but was surprised by Opendoor’s offer. It was exactly what we wanted for the home and they could close fast. Everything went smoothly and it was as simple as they make it out to be.”

“Ok so I was skeptical about it all in the beginning, but after doing my due diligence I moved forward with selling my home to Opendoor, and it was a great decision! The process was super easy to follow and was all laid out in front of you. I followed what I was supposed to do and we packed up, closed on the house, funded the very next morning🤑🤑🤑, moved out! My realtor wanted to buy my house due to location but couldn’t match the price! I sold as is, my home needed new roof, the tile in master bed bathroom had been removed as I was going to fix up and sell but Opendoor saved me the headache at a very competitive offer that could not be matched at that time.”

“Cannot express how simple and pleasant our house sale went!! Our agent was great and the trust department was the greatest!! I think the fees (cleaning fee, esp) was excessive price and ease were great”
