“Open door made selling my house quickly so easy. They offered a fair price with no hassels. Everything was taken care of. All I had to do was clear out and was able to move on to move to my mothers to help her. Great service.”

“We recently moved so my wife could take a new job. We wanted to move out quickly, without having to go through the trouble of hiring a real estate agent, showing our house, and potentially making costly repairs. Opendoor was perfect. The process was straight forward and transparent, and the customer service was great. The Opendoor representative always answered our questions quickly and clearly and made sure we were on track to get the house sold in a timely fashion. We relocated our toddler, two cats and everything we own 250 miles away in just a month and a half, and selling our house through Opendoor was by far the easiest part of all of it.”

“Our father passed away suddenly and did not leave a will, there for his estate went through probate. We need to sell his home quick. We contacted realtors, but Opendoor offer us much more than what the realtors wanted to list at. Opendoor was very patient and willing to work with us during the process of probate. The whole experience was extremely easy and fast. I would highly recommend to anyone going through probate or anyone who wants a fast and easy sell process. I am extremely pleased and happy with Opendoor :)”

“I’ve already told everyone I know about opendoor. Admittedly I was skeptical through the entire process, but that was only because of how easy everything was. A quick zoom meeting, pick your close date, move out, take a few pics, and they wired the funds next day. And the offer was very competitive. No staging for showings, no inspections. Can’t say enough good things about my selling experience.”

“Amazing experience, selling our home and buying a new home with Opendoor. In the past I have bought and sold about 12 homes, some to fix and flip and some to live in. In this market in Phoenix it is not often you can complete the sell buy process smoothly and profitably. But with Opendoor I was able to sell my home and purchase a dream home in days. Earning more profit, about $40K more and saving on fees about $10K saved using the Opendoor process. At the same time having the flexibility to choose closing dates. Opendoor adds a lot of value to the real estate process! Gio and Torri”

“Opendoor helped us in the very competitive market we live in as well as the way housing market is overall. They did so with their cash backed offer option allowing our offer to be more competitive. Our assigned realtor Glen Schwam was amazing and assisted us greatly from start to finish of the process. He was available when needed and answered all our questions as first time buyers. He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest which is appreciated when not sure of how everything works. Would highly recommend Opendoor and especially using Glen.”

“I went in to this "home-buying process" a little hesitant, but had a great experience with Opendoor. They made selling my property less complicated than expected and hassle free. My home advisor Cole C was extremely helpful, and always made sure he was available to answer any questions I had. They made me an amazing offer on my home, and I never felt pressured or obligated to accept. The ease of this experience, and the sale of my home has been amazing for me in so many ways. I am so happy. I will definitely be using and recommending OpenDoor in the future.”
