“Opendoor provided a seemless sale of my home from beginning to end. My initial offer was inline with what the market trends in my area were. Knowing I was looking into selling my home with as little input on my part as far as repairs, Opendoor was fair as to the cost of those repairs. From the initial walk thru of the interior of my home, to the no contact exterior walk around, to the final digital/photo exit the process was easy as can be. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone not wanting to conduct the traditional way of selling your home to give Opendoor a try. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Opendoor was easy to work with. I never thought it would be this easy to sell a home. The quote I received was above the desired price and fair within market value. Everything was done virtually which really helped during the pandemic. I didn’t have to deal with preparing and listing my home. There was no showing or negotiations needed. If you’re looking for a hassle free experience then Opendoor is right for you.”

“Sold a rental to Opendoor for a very reasonable price. Closed two days after tenant moved out. No cleaning, no painting, no house standing empty for months. Simple process.”

“Recently I was contemplating on selling my home after my husband died and had very limited experience with the process. After browsing through several sites on line, Opendoor was the one I chose and have not regretted my decision. The process was hassle free yet very effective. The staff was courteous and the end result was satisfactory. I would surely recommend this company.”

“From start to finish this was a AMAZING experience. Every time I Email any of the open door staff they responded that day . The process was so simple n easy . They paid me aboustly max price . Way more then I even thought . Closing was so simple n had my money with-in 2 hrs . 100% love this company .”

“I recently sold my home through Opendoor, and the experience for me was unexpectedly great. From start to finish, just an awesome situation, which really, could not have gone better. The staff were great to work with, didn't try to fill me with babble and BS, and honestly made my sale as stress free as could be. I cannot say enough about their process, or product. It was a wonderful experience, in a time when I should expect the worst.”

“We started looking for houses this January with the support of Opendoor and their team, Lakeisha Mondrey is our realtor agent and she helped us, guided us all the way to closing, she is very professional, friendly, approachable and always available to answer any questions. On January 28, 2022 in the afternoon, I saw this house in the market, and I requested to go and tour the house with our agent, but I didn't realize that my husband change the tour to Saturday, but I was not expecting that the 1st request tour kicked in, so our agent Michael and myself went to tour the house on Friday night at 6pm. When we arrived to the location, as we go up to the stairs, my agent said, that there's a tenant inside, but feel free to tour the house. And I said ok,as we were going up, there was a guy that open the door, and asked to my agent? are you the agent? He said yes, the guy said, you don't look like the agent, she look like the agent becoz she dress up better than you. And I said, Man you got jokes ... While I was going around the house, I saw the guy inside the master bedroom and I asked him, can I go inside? He said yes. When I went back to the living room, the guy asked me, do you like the tiles? And I said yes, do you like the house? Yes. If you like it, the dog ( great Dane) comes with it and the cat too that is around the house, and I said, no to the cat but the dog can come with it and I was saying it in a joke way. The guy said, the basement has a big walk in closet that can be another bedroom and I went and see it. When I went back up, the guy asked me, how many offers we have did already? I cannot even count, and how long you've been looking for? Since January. I asked him if he is the seller, and he said Yes he is the seller. And I said, OMG . I didn't realize that I was talking to the seller that we thought it's just a tenant. He asked me again if I like the house and I said yes I like it. I told him a story that one day of last week of January, when I went home, I saw a tennis ball on our bed, and I asked my husband why there is a ball in our bed? He said that's my stress reliever, and he said that I should be stress too, and the seller asked me, why are you not stress? No I don't wanna show it to my husband becoz we have a family, and the seller said, yes you are right, one should be strong for you all. And then 1 day of that week again, my husband asked for his bible, and I said it maybe in the basement, and so when I went home I saw the bible on his night stand already. As I was telling the seller our story, he said, you know what? I am gonna sell my house to you guys, because of your story and I can feel the connection, I want to sell the house to you guys, he took our number and screenshot it and took us a picture with our agent .The seller said tell your husband he dont have to be worry about stress anymore because I'm selling this house to you guys, we will work it out, because it is not about the money for him, it is about the connection. He said that I am just the only buyer he talked to and I said that he is the first seller I spoke too. He felt it before I went in the house that there will be a connection. He said, god is good all the time and tell your husband to still keep praying. I gave him a big hug when we left. On the day of making the decision, seller had personally called me to give me the good news, that he is accepting our offer. It is not because we have the best offer but because he likes us so much because he felt the connection. He said, it is about God and he cannot do it or am I if it's not from God, it is a gods grace and that this is our great testimony to tell the world. Praise God Amen. He was so happy for us and I said that we are so thankful that he chose us. And I said that we will keep in touch and he said, he will still be here for a week or so before they move to Cali and he wants to meet us again with my husband before he leaves. Me and my husband will always be thankful to opendoor team, our realtor agent Lakeisha Mondrey did an awesome job from start to finish, she respected every decision we made and she was so patient for the whole process of giving 21 offers to 21 houses and every turned down offers, she was always there for us to lift up and encouraged us to move to the next one, and Inspite of how difficult the Market right now, our realtor didn't give up. We would like to thank also the following tour agents that helped us see houses namely Michael, Tia who was always doing her best to be available for our request, Ms. Tammy that went above and beyond for her thoughts and opinions about houses. Mr. Robin Reed was amazing as well about his professionalism, advices, ideas, jokes, thoughts and expertise. We are recommending Opendoor to everyone for being the best and If you want to get the best package deal in finding your next home, use Opendoor. We will definitely use Opendoor again. Thank you so much.”
