“It was a no-hassle sale to Opendoor. Their offer was good and the entire experience was excellent. Everything was done remotely as per their digital close-out procedures once I accepted their offer. I picked the closing date so everything went according to my schedule. I was hesitant in the beginning but I'm glad I went with Opendoor. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone looking to sell their home.”

“We were looking to put our rental on the market and I reached out to Opendoor to see what they might offer. I was a little surprised with what they came back with, in a good way! I went ahead and did the Video walk through and they came back with a final offer that I could not refuse. I thought they would ask much more for the repair concession because I had already done a mental calculation of what it would cost me to do the necessary repairs myself. After I accepted the offer the Opendoor team walked me through every step of the way. It was the easiest sale that I have been involved with. I will definitely use Opendoor again for my next sale. Thank you Opendoor.”

“Overall it was a great experience with OpenDoor. It was nice to be able to purchase a NEW home with the funds from the home I sold to them without having to move out until the new home was ready. It did get a little bumpy towards close as it seemed as if OpenDoor, the builder, mortgage company and the title company weren't all communicating directly with each other and I ended up having to communicate the information between all of them. I'm not sure if I misunderstood the process but I thought OpenDoor took care of it all. Luckily after a few days of doing it myself and updating the parties, it seemed as if they all had started to communicate with each other eventually. While that was a bit stressful and frustrating, Marvin L with OpenDoor made sure to keep updated our current house and moving dates so that we did not have to move out before the new house was finally signed over. As with anything, there will always be a bump on the road but overall highly recommend.”

“Working with Opendoor was a breeze! We were skeptical at first, but boy we were wrong. Opendoor worked with our builder to align our closing dates, which allowed us to stay in our house while our new house was being built. I have already told so many people about Opendoor. Great experience!”

“the sale of my house was so much easier than I expected. I expected a parade of people going through my house. Delays and excuses, That never happened, IT was quick and Simple Opendoor kept right on schedule and the paperwork was quick and simple. Everything was right on schedule. the only problem I had was finding a mover during a pandemic. When I buy my next home I will go through Opendoor.”

“We closed on the sale of my daughter’s property recently. I would like to thank Raul Villarroel, for his attention to our transaction. Raul took time to explain the process and your transaction cost estimates were spot on. Communication was easy and answers timely. No surprises at closing - just as promised.
