“I have sold homes in the past the traditional way with showings, etc. What a pain. This time I figured I would do it differently and try Opendoor. Everything was so easy with no surprises. From the initial contact to the closing. I would recommend using Opendoor, especially if you don't want to deal with the hassles of traditional going through a realtor.”

“We were looking to sell our home on the market, and after a stressful conversation with our realtor, we found OpenDoor. We received our initial offer, higher than our realtor was going to list our home for. We had to back out initially, due to the market being so crazy and being unable to find another home. A month or so later, we found a place for ourselves and contacted OpenDoor. We received a higher offer, and closed in 30days. Easy simple process and made substantially more than our realtor was willing to list for! Highly recommend OpenDoor!”

“I worked with Chelsea Brogi for the sale of my house. Chelsea was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I had two other bids on the house from other companies and Opendoor was approximately $30,000 more then their top price. Very easy process without the hassle of home renovations and showings.”

I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Opendoor. My house was purchased at above market price and I bought the new home that I wanted. 😁”

“I cannot imagine a better home selling experience than we enjoyed selling our house to Open Door. Not only did we receive a great initial offer, but after the home inspection the offer actually went up. The entire process was incredibly easy, and flawlessly executed. No delays, super easy online closing, funds wired immediately. I have done many real estate transactions, but this was by far the simplest, easiest, and quickest. Open Door is simply the best.”

“It was the best real estate transaction I've experienced out of over 20 that I have done. No having to show the house, taking the dogs somewhere while it is being shown, making sure everything is perfect to show it. It was also the quickest. From start to finish it was about 16 days. The people you are working with are friendly, professional, prompt and everything you could ask.”
