“I lined up 4 Cash Buyers when we sold our house. OpenDoor was the highest bid. We got to set the closing date and could change it if need be. It was a very easy process which helped a lot during the turmoil of moving. Highly recommend!!!”

“I sold my home to Open Door. The Open Door experience was as quick and as smooth as I had hoped. It started with a video walk through and ended with the house sale on the closing date that I chose. There were no intrusive agents or home showings during the process. I had an Open Door representative available to guide me, and answer questions. What sounded like a "too good to be true" process turned into a satisfactory home sale for me.”

“Taking the stress out of the process. I have a very busy schedule and I don’t have time for hand holding or telling anyone how to do their job. As for Samir and Krystal Robb I would give them both 10/10 stars, and I am not kidding. I have high standards for myself and some people accuse me of raising the bar too high for others. Thank you open door because you exceeded my expectations so far and I hope that trend continues through the sale of my own home.”

“As a seller, this was an amazing experience. Everything from the initial zoom call, to the outside inspection, etc! The offer was on the high end of the local market, and the adjustments for repairs were fairly priced. The fees associated with attorneys and their realtor were low, as well! Our Opendoor representative (LaKisha) was outstanding throughout the entire process. Anytime we had a question all we had to do was send her a text and we had a response in no time at all! I would highly recommend for motivated sellers who don’t want to deal with listing your home or spend the time/money doing minor repairs to get your home “show” ready”

“This was such an easy, fast, and positive experience, I can still hardly believe it! I was skeptical at first, expecting a low offer or overpriced repairs, but the offer was higher than expected and the repair cost was far lower than my own estimates. I was spared the hassles of arranging minor repairs, which was a big relief. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and responded quickly, day or night. They moved fast with a generous offer on my timeline and I didn’t have to deal with the uncertainties & stressors of a traditional sale. Fabulous!!”
