“It’s hassle free, less talk but more opportunities from within the site to shop homes. It’s a breeze!! And I get a perk (1% off the sales price) how can you go wrong! Will definitely recommend!!😊”

“From the preliminary offer through the video walk-through and final offer to the online closing, everyone was very professional and helpful, and the entire process was straightforward and streamlined. It was a pleasure to not have to deal with a real estate agent, open houses, showings, negotiations, repairs, and the associated time periods required. A well-run company that I highly recommend!”

“Hands down the best way to go when selling your home stress free and Brandon T. With Open door is Best. He answered all questions professionally and with a pleasant attitude!!! Anytime I called him it wasn’t a bother. Everyone at open door is so friendly!!! Just to touch on our process we are relocating back to our hometown Hawaii with 6 kids and 3 dogs trying to get the house prepared for buyers to come and view the home would have been a big problem going with a Realtor…Open door is legit when they say video walk through they give you an offer and you choose your close date. It’s so easy and stress free no appraisal no repair quote needed…all information is through the app down to leaving the home, they will send you a Lock box to place your keys and garage clicker. EVERYTHING happened on time and not a day late….THANK YOU OPEN DOOR FOR YOUR SEAMLESS PROCESS!! With the closing team SUSAN SPARKS is Amazing!!!!! She is so on top of things and she is definitely a Keeper.. there was a few bumps along the way but Susan is very persistent and helpful. She will respond promptly and never leave you hanging. She will go out of her way to advocate for you and get the JOB DONE. Thanks Susan for making this process quick and easy to the Finish Line… You are worth more than 5 stars!!!!”

“Why would anyone sell their home with a realtor. Everything opendoor promised, they delivered. I thought it might be to good to be true, but all the numbers they give you will be absolutely true. Best real estate transaction I’ve ever had. Fair and honest. Thanks. OD.”

“When I heard a neighbor talk about Opendoor, I chose to contact them and find out how their company worked. I was very pleased with the ease of this process and to not be bothered with an open house. I also received a written offer within 24 hours. It didn't matter who I spoke with at Opendoor, everyone was always very helpful and knowledgeable about their process.”

“This process was so surprisingly easy! Our experience partner, Dominic was amazing! I was in shock at how simple and quick the process was. It was so stress free. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop or something to go wrong and that never happened. Closed exactly when we selected and we where able to move into our new home! Definitely would recommend!! 10 out of 10!!”

“Opendoor is the future of home selling. When I first started, I didn't know much and received a ton of dubious offers from low-ball investors to persistent, hard-nosed buyers with high-pressure, shady tactics. Thank God I was able to tough it through and gave Opendoor a try. The whole process with Opendoor was a pleasure from beginning to end. The numbers offered were fair. Everyone I worked with was professional and good to work with.”
